I totally feel I got ripped off by this shady Milwaukee boy! I now am going somewhere to get it fixed. Do yourselves a favor and don't come here as they know nothing of good quality service. Things have changed though... Twice a year the rates increase 50 cents. What was once an $11 dollar haircut, is now a $15 dollar haircut. What was once a well groomed haircut by the same barber with the perfect amount of conversation for almost two years, is now a mixed bag of results from the cut to the barber to the experience. It seems the only barbers they can keep are the ones who I'd never get a cut with ever again due to their poor quality, and their poor/unprofessional service. And yet... I keep coming back. Somehow a city of 70,000+ people has so few options for barbers. Ending on a positive note, I've surprisingly had three decent cuts in a row. Let's hope this is due to a change by management actively trying to get back their original quality.
