I had used them a year ago with no problems. it was 5:55 and the dispatcher told me it would be about an hour. two hours later I called back and a new dispatcher told me that no one was dispatched to the original call. The new dispatcher was very sympathetic and told me she would get someone out there with 30-35 minutes. An hour later the tow truck arrived. But I have to say the Driver was very courteous and helpful. I'm just very disappointed in the way it was handled by the original dispatcher. Sitting for over three hours was definitely not right. I don't think I will use this company again.

When I went to pick it up the first day, an employee told me I couldn't get it because it was after 4pm, which I understood. As I was leaving, I took a photo of my car from a distance, and the employee started yelling at me and threatening to assault me. I left to avoid any escalation. When I came back the next day to pick up my car, I found a fresh scratch on it that was not there before. I strongly believe it was done intentionally by the same employee as retaliation for what happened the day before. On top of that, the police release specifically stated the car was to be released by tow only, yet the company allowed me to drive it off the lot themselves, directly violating the police's instructions. I will be filing a formal complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs regarding both the property damage and the employee's threatening behavior.
