Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional. After doing research and seeing good reviews, I decided to give Quality 1st a call. The dispatcher, Peter, who I spoke with was very professional and courteous. They were ready to send out a driver within 30 mins. Unfortunately I was not ready as I needed to have the vehicle moved away from the turnpike through Emergency Services and needed my other family members to come with another vehicle as I had to transfer my personal belongings and family safely. After informing them I was ready, they were still able to have a driver out to me within 30 mins. The driver Chris (I believe this was name, apologizes in advance), was quick and took care of things right away and carefully. He brought my car safely back to NY. I gave them a call and even though he said he'd just gotten home for the night, he came out anyway gave me a tow from Somerset to Ringoes. I was on a stretch of road that was not well lit and also not traveled too much that late at night. It took Rick less than 10 minutes to reach me and he immediately put me at ease when he arrived. My truck broke down on a back country road at about 5:00 am…read more after trying to figure out what was wrong I called Daves Heavy towing. I had used them a year ago with no problems. it was 5:55 and the dispatcher told me it would be about an hour. two hours later I called back and a new dispatcher told me that no one was dispatched to the original call. The new dispatcher was very sympathetic and told me she would get someone out there with 30-35 minutes. An hour later the tow truck arrived. But I have to say the Driver was very courteous and helpful. I'm just very disappointed in the way it was handled by the original dispatcher. Sitting for over three hours was definitely not right. I don't think I will use this company again.
