After having a rear bumper only repaired via insurance, the car immediately started overheating, engine failing, I immediately noticed that the front bumper was not the original paint, ram air scoop under engine bay was replaced with an old one, multiple engine components/adjacent components were removed and replaced with none-original parts. Over the years I continually take photos of the engine bay and have tons of evidence and videos saved in the cloud and in emails. Everything was reported to the insurance company as well. Without even the ability to have flashers work on my car (due to no electrical) and an hour of phone calls with AAA to finally have them say; "we can't provide service for you tonight, you will have to wait until tomorrow morning..." I was scared and frustrated. One call to Bobby's and they had a true patriot at the scene. Ricky was not only experienced and knowledgeable but also a veteran who has served our country and it showed. I think he knew how nervous I was about being on the side of a busy highway at night without flashers and it being pitch black with cars whizzing by at 80 miles an hour. With all that said he was calm and professional. There weren't scare tactics, guilt trips of it being late on a Friday night or bad-mouthing of "other companies". None of it.
