I did as you suggested, Traci, and checked the paperwork you provided. It reads, "Scrape/oil prime & paint garage door." The doors were previously painted in 2009. We have a fairly large modern stucco home with a matching wall all around the property. The house and walls had the usual cracks and flaws that develop over the years. Traci's team started with a thorough power wash, then patched the cracks and dug the dirt away from the house and walls. It's this kind of prep that separates the good paint jobs from the mediocre.
