I'd never been to a chiropractor before so I really didn't know what to expect. I was skeptical. But, I was pretty desperate. My doctors weren't helping my back pain and sciatica and nobody seemed to know even why I felt the way I did. But, sitting at a computer at work was killing me and I couldn't sleep at night. A co-worker finally convinced me to see Dr Jardon saying his mom had the same problem and Dr Jardon fixed her. By that point I had nothing to lose so I went. I'm sure I wasn't the most pleasant patient he ever had. I was sick of being in pain and sick of seeing doctors. Dr Jardon seemed to take it in stride. He was caring and very detailed with his questions and with his exam. It was a lot different than any other doctor I had gone to. He sent me for xrays and an MRI and on my next appointment he explained what was wrong. I had a bad degenerated disc and it was pinching a nerve. I had about 9 or 10 treatments over the next month or so and I was 90% better. I couldn't believe it. Now I tell everybody to see him. He's great and his staff is too. The only bad thing I can say is that traffic can be bad near his office at certain times but it's still worth it. Now I couldn't imagine going anywhere else read more

Dr. Jardon is currently treating my spinal scoliosis once a week, and helping me maintain flexibility that has been severely challenged over the last two years. I'm 56, and a kidney transplant recipient; the various maintenance medications, and some blood clotting issues, make me something of a less than ideal candidate for surgical procedures. Dr. Jardon has been totally straightforward about the advantages and limitations of the current treatment. He was the first specialist to authorize a spinal x-ray, and to review it with me during a visit; it identified very clearly where the problem areas were, facilitated his treatment, and gave me greater clarity with regards to my own daily yoga positions and stretches. He's a jovial personality, communicates everything with great clarity, and utilizes additional relaxant and stimulus technology to augment his manual work. Overall great experience and would recommend Dr. Jardon to anyone. The location is rather small and you have to go out of house to get your x-rays done but not much of an inconvenience since it's only a few miles away from his location. Your first session he will give you a general run down and understand why you are there in the first place and set up and appointment for you to get your xrays done. Based on the severity of your back problems you will have your appointments lined out from 3 a week down to once a month. Keeps everything very professional and I look forward to my monthly appointments. Also I have never had any problems with my insurance until recently when the Co pay wasn't handled by them but that was an out of house issue and really doesn't effect my review of this practice. Dr. Jardon is a fantastic chiropractor. Every time my husband or I need pain relieved (hubby has lower back issues and I have neck and shoulder issues) his office accommodates us right away and Dr. Jardon goes to work at what he does the best: works our pain away! We don't know what we would do without him. He not only helps you 'in his office' he also provides information and guidance to help you day-to-day. Dr. Jardon is a very good chiropractor. He doesn't just Crack everything possible, he actually stretches your muscles before doing any adjustments. He tells you everything he is doing and is very informative with any questions you have. I feel very comfortable here. In the past, I would have problems with chiropractors, but I haven't experienced any problems with Dr. Jardon. My daughter has to go twice a week for six weeks and the treatments really do help her. It's also in a very convenient location, and the office is never chaotic. It's a very relaxing environment and I trust Dr. Jardon, since he is one of the top chiropractors in Rhode Island. I first went to Dr Jardon about 8 years ago with neck issues.I had a fear of chiropractors at the time because of a bad experience with one many years ago, but Dr Jardon is gentle and his expertise in the adjustments to my neck relieved my pain to the point where he's "cured" me! Then about a year ago, I started having major issues with my lower back , and I knew just who I needed to see! My back has improved to almost no pain at all and I see Dr Jardon monthly for maintenance. From the very beginning I was pleased, the front staff is polite, and professional. The office and rooms are clean which is another good impression, so far so good. Then onto Dr.Jordan himself, you can tell he loves his job and the clients he works with. Dr. Jardon is simply amazing. I was recommended to him through a friend after I had injured my lower back. Initially I was going 2 to 3 times a week for about 5 months. Dr. Jargon diagnosed my spinal stenosis and has been treating me for several months. He literally got me on my feet again, he's kind, caring and he knows what he's doing. I became a patient at least 10 years ago after a car accident and have been to Dr. Jardon for all of my back and neck problems since. I was having a lot of neck and arm pain. Dr. Jardon was quite helpful at making it go away. With that said, I have one positive note and one negative. Positive -- He is one of the only Chiropractors or Doctor or Dentist types that has ever taken all the time necessary to just talk with me about what my issues are and what needs to be done. I first went to Dr. Jardon for help with neck mobility issues. Having been to another chiropractor I was familiar with some of the adjustments that are performed. One particular adjustment creates some anxiety for me. I explained this to Dr. J and he has worked with me to lessen that anxiety so that he can make the necessary adjustments.
