Had to let him know a second time via email and phone call to cancel policy. Both times he responded to emails "I will" meaning he'd cancel policy but didn't!! He then claims to have remembered conversations vividly from 6 months ago. Then your rates increase 20%+ saying I told you to go w the one year policy- really?! ...Not true Mike!
