On the first day, one of his crew members arrived before 8am, and startled me when I opened up the back door. David did not call ahead of time to tell me that they would be working in my back yard that day. It's almost like he worked on his own schedule. After two days of work the trees were visibly gone. However - after a day or so I realized that there were two stumps left that had just been covered by shavings that were starting to grow chutes again. I was not happy at all, and I called Barrios to inform him that they had not completed the job. I informed him that I would be going out of town for two weeks and that he was welcome to come anytime during to complete the job, which he said he would do. I got back from my trip, and the chutes were now trees, which means that he did NOT hold true to his word. Now the guys putting in the fence came, and saw that of course these two trees were in their way, but they had no problem at ALL taking them out. It wasn't their job, and they didn't have the proper tools, but they did it anyways. I paid those guys a bonus. As if the job not being completed wasn't enough, Barrios and his crew left their trash ALL over my back yard. Which I think is extremely unprofessional and rude, especially considering that my trash cans are in my back yard.
