Their portal is easy to use & efficient. I liked that I could actually see how each document was used, with markers showing exactly where numbers were pulled from in the PDFs. Their fee was reasonable, and I believe I more than made that back through their expertise. They caught items that my previous tax preparer missed, which made a real difference.
