I told him that there was a oil leak and something was wrong with the steering. I also had the blades sharpened which I paid for. He had the mower over a week and called and said it was fixed and I could come and pick it up. When I got home I went to mow and the PTO was disconnected so I called and they tried to walk me through plugging it back in. I could not find the plug so I called back to see if Darrell could stop by after work and fix it. His shop is only 4 miles away. He basically said that he did not have time for that shit and I could bring it back to his shop on Monday or he could pick it up for a charge. He also said that there was no oil leak and that nothing was wrong with the steering and charged me $14 for that. I ended up taking it to another shop and they said that the engine will have to be taken out and a new oil pan gasket would be installed. They also said that the hydraulics on the steering was bad and that the idle pulley on the deck was bad and one of the spindles ware bad. My machine only has 47 hours on it! I would not buy another Husqvarna product and I will never do business with Ramsour's or Darrell again!

After calling a friend in the landscape business, we decided to go with one of the items Kesel tried to steer us to. When we went to pick it up, he would not rent it to us...without discussion. Just said we would likely tear it up and No thanks! These guys were not very informed about their own equipment and were not very customer friendly. Go the extra fifteen miles and rent from someone who really wants your business.
