This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

They back their work even when it is someone else's fault.

The salesmen in the showroom were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about the types of flooring we were considering without being pushy. We made an appointment for someone to come out and measure the old floors. Then, we met Gene, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time to measure the rooms, and do a humidity test on the subfloor of the house. He explained the process, the timeline and he also gave us the estimate. We paid 50% of the total cost up front with the remainder to be paid when the job was done. Wylie's floor installers, Mike and David completed the job on time and they did an outstanding job! You knew they were lying if their lips were moving. If you want workers that take many smoke breaks, be lied to, stuff packed sloppy, just to name a few things then this is the place for you. Tried to deal with company to fix the problems before leaving review but they wont return call to the person/owner of the items they damaged. I give it a 1 star because I had to in order to leave this review. Their service and customer service isn't worth a sh*t!
