Excellent service and fast job repairing a small chip in our windshield. It took them about 15-20 minutes to fix the chip we got from a small piece of rock flying into our windshield from a truck driving in front of us without splash guards. Unfortunately, two small cracks started growing from this chip, so we were relieved when we found Rick's Glass in Moab and could fix the issue early on to prevent cracks from growing larger. I hope we won't need to come to Rick's Glass again, but we would definitely come to them again if we have another chip to fix. read more

On vacation in rented Class A RV. Noticed a chip in the windshield while in Arches National Park. Siri found Rick's Glass in Moab. Parking lot was expansive enough for my rig and when I walked into the shop I was greeted warmly by Rick himself. I explained my issue as we walked to the RV. Within 45 seconds, Rick informed me that the chip was old and had already been repaired. In the most sincere way, Rick told me not to "Take any Guff" from the rental company and to have them call him directly if they had any issues. What a cool dude. Honest and knowledgeable. Contacted the group I rented from upon the initial find to tell them about the chip and my plan to have it repaired. Contacted them following my conversation with Rick and they acknowledged the chip was old and previously repaired. They also apologized (also very sincere). The journey continues!!! read more

We were vacationing in Moab. On the evening before we left we got a chip in our windshield. We went to Rick's the following day as they were opening up. Cindy had a technician immediately start the repair as she began the insurance process. The repair was done before the insurance! We were back on the road in about twenty minutes. Very professional, very customer oriented. I was traveling in my motorhome when a rock flew up and chipped the windshield. Motorhome windshields are very expensive. Went in with a '12 Jeep Wrangler windshield cracked from corner; got a price quote of $198 for replacement out the door right away. They had the glass for the jeep as well as a few other cars that apparently come in often in stock; replaced whithin 45 minutes as I watched them and had a nice chat. read more

Wow! On May 14, 2015, our rear windshield suddenly exploded in Utah as we were vacationing from Tennessee. After cleaning up the mess, we began calling every Ford dealership, Glass Doctor, and Safe-Lite within about 100 miles of our route. Nobody had it in stock. It was always the same story. It would take "a few days" to get it in. Finally I called the Moab Chamber of Commerce, asking whether she could recommend anyone who might help. She kindly referred me to Rick's Glass. Rick said that he could have it delivered by the next day, May 15, and scheduled an appointment for us. We pulled in the next day on schedule and began looking around for a place to park our camper trailer, sure that he would want it removed for the work. I then went in to confirm his approval of our plan to park the camper. I was so surprised when he told me that they would do the work with the trailer in place. He walked out to direct my husband into the shop bay. Our family sat in the lobby, expecting to wait an hour or two for the work to be accomplished. In about 15 to 20 minutes, Rick returned. The windshield was in, and he had pulled the vehicle and trailer out for us. We were ready to ride. Now that's customer service! Thanks so much, Rick, for getting us back on the road! As good as it gets. On two separate occasions while vacationing in Moab our rear window got smashed by a rock (first time on a Landcruiser and second time on a 4Runner). Rick's Glass went above and beyond with next-day service to get us up and running again. A pleasure to do business with.
