I was happy they got the clear filter fixed to run the system, although they left some debris behind. The second time I called the company, it was to have a float put in the sump to shut the irrigation system off if the water dropped too low. They were also supposed to repair my back flow prevention device. By the time they got done, my irrigation controller was broke and what I asked for had not been done! The owner, Josh Thompson has refused to repair the controller, BUT, he won't charge me for the time his guys were here!!! They broke the controller, I have to try to fix it myself or buy a new one. Very bad customer service, I do not recommend them. What is shames, is that I am 64 years old and have rheumatoid arthritis, my husband is a 73 year old disable Vietnam veteran. Sad to think they take advantage of us seniors.
