Except for the supervisor in the pic (he looks professional). My experience with this store, I bought a ring. It didn't fit, so I had to get it sized (2 sizes down) the lady sent it off and said it'll take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, we get a call and they said they can't alter a ring 2 sizes down so they have to order a new one, which would take about a month (The lady who sent it off should have known this). Anyways Alicia was very helpful, and got me a new ring in the same size and I only had to wait a couple days. So thank you Alicia.

I was more than impressed with the customer service and repair done on my items at Elliot's. My own personal experience is worth a 10 star review. My in-laws gave me a 50 year old ring, very beautiful and big. Elliot's not only resized it but they took incredible care of this delicate and sentimental piece and have done an astonishing job giving it a second life.
