I needed electrical diagnosis, there was no power to the coach batteries. I could only get power when the truck was running or the generator was started, I called Rick and he brought it right in the very same day. He masterfully diagnosed the issue and fixed everything within an hour, he took the time to show me why he did what he did and explained to me what the battery installation company did wrong. It wasn't just one thing it was a couple of things. Anyway, then I asked him about the hot water heater and he helped me to get that going as well. We primed everything made sure it fired up, etc. The price was very reasonable. I just sense that Rick is a very decent and honest fellow who does a wonderful job. He really seems to care about his work. Old school, just a pleasure to have such a reliable, well skilled RV technician. Will definitely go back next time I need a repair. I called and spoke with Rick. Discussed a few issues over the phone. He has seen it all. He knows the tricks of the trade to improve what you have. A lot of advise thru experience. The Rv Manf. are getting cheaper with quality parts and design. He created a shield for the back of my fridge to make it draft correctly. Gave me advise on my AC, did PM on axles, brakes, ect. We had a fire in our RV and Rick did amazing work to fix it. A year or so later he being a roof specialist took car of the same RV when a tree fell on it. While camping at a nearby campground we had a problem with one of our circuit breakers. When we called Rick he agreed to come to the campground but first talked us through a couple of things.
