I was a loyal customer to Rick, and then I overslept once and missed my appointment by 20 minutes, called him to see if I could still come in late, and he said he will NEVER work with me again. I cannot believe he would do this to a client who has been seeing him regularly for almost a year. DO NOT GO TO HIM HE WILL BETRAY YOU WHEN YOU MAKE A MISTAKE.
