I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute couples massage for The Wellness Center. We were able to schedule the massages with about a week or so notice on my husband's birthday. We really enjoyed our massage. My therapist, Chris was perfect. He applied the right amount of pressure and focused on my needs. It was a really good massage!! So good in fact that I started thinking about a monthly membership! The Wellness Center is clean and guests and therapists wear masks the entire time. Update, as of June, guests are not required to wear masks during the massage! I did end up joining the monthly subscription program and have seen Chris to times now. I will give everyone an update the monthly subscription program is a 12 month commitment. The cost as $45/month for a one-hour relaxation message and deep tissue and or additional time can be added for an additional fee. read more

I bought a groupon for $39 for a 60 minute Swedish massage. Overall it was a good deal. Keep in mind you need to tip a minimum of $10.00. I had Kris who did a really good job at kneading ALL of my many knots. I wish she would have asked how the pressure level was. I know it's my fault for not speaking up- but mine was extremely hard to the point where it was very painful and not relaxing. My fault, I know. Although Iy was painful in the moment and I was very sore the next day I definitely needed her to work my back that hard. I am curious how often they wash the sheets/thing you put your face on Tips: Paperwork only takes about 5 minutes. Be specific with what areas you want them to focus on. Don't be afraid to speak up! Chris and his staff are incredible. After years of trying to get my wife to agree to get a massage she finally to a couples massage. The experience was a absolutely awesome. Chris and his staff did an incredible job to make her feel comfortable. She loved the pampering and the fact they went out of their way to make sure she felt comfortable. We signed up for a monthly massage package. She literally can't wait until our monthly appointment. I have been getting a deep tissue massage and every time I feel fantastic. The Wellness center is clean and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy the experience. They provide a therapeutic massage that is relaxing and refreshing. We would definitely recommend trying The Wellness Center as a first time massage or trying them if you have been unhappy with a massage you have received somewhere else. They start every session by asking if there is any area which needs special attention. They finish with a warm towels which is incredible. Tell them Mark and Dawn recommended the Wellness Center. Good place if you wanna get lathered with lotion for an hour.... face (while getting a temple massage) hair (kind of a neck massage)feet arms back oil/lotion every where. The only place they wipe off (after literally rubbing you down with lotion... for an hour)is your feet while rubbing the towel on them repeatedly and pulling your toes through the towel.. Not sure if the the people or "therapists" were even trained in massage therapy to be honest. And since they didn't like wipe the lotion they'd just lathered on me I'm having some type of reaction to whatever it is that they use. So confused after reading all these 5 Star reviews...? I used a groupon and had a great experience. I've been back twice for an hour long massage. The first one was more Swedish-relaxation and the second was a sports massage. Both were great in different ways. UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. Front desk lady was great, this review is for Cass. First of all he was in full scrubs like I was about to go into surgery?? He talked the WHOLE TIME. He brought up politics (bashing Trump & Bush who I both support). He also rambled on about how broke he is due to coronavirus like I cared. He told stories about customers not liking him & now I understand why. After the massage he mentioned next time he wouldn't talk so much. He also talked crap about Massage Envy most of the time in which my massage there was far better than his. He also kept mentioning my age, and telling stories about "when I was your age", which just made me uncomfortable. He was a lot older than his coworkers so you think he would know what he's doing. I believe he took advantage of my age and also that I've only had a few professional massages before, but I know a good massage when I get one. He also talks with his hands so most of the time he wasn't even touching me..... I had been looking forward to this massage for 6 months. I had asked for deep tissue and it felt like butterflies were touching me. I even told him I got what I wanted because I wanted a man with big strong hands & he was so focused on ranting about himself I guess he ignored that. I was more tense and unrelaxed during & after my massage than before. Very disappointed. Waste of money. I tipped and took care of him out of pity that he is apparently broke. I had a larger tip prepared but lowered it while I was getting dressed. I almost gave my tip beforehand and glad I didn't! It was an awkward setting when leaving because I wanted to tell the front desk about my experience but he stood there & I didn't have an opportunity to tell her. Now don't let her small stature fool you, she gives a proper deep tissue massage. I enjoy her energy and our convo. The reasoning behind my rating was with the intake service. Upon scheduling the massage I wasn't asked what type of massage I wanted or add ons so I assumed I'd be asked during intake...but nothing from the front desk staff. When our masseuses came, they didn't review our forms with us and when we got to the room they both asked where we'd like them to focus and he was asked if he wanted a hot stone or deep tissue, I was not. The Groupon for the $99 couples massage is how I heard of this location. My boyfriend and I came in to pamper ourselves for our anniversary. We were both extremely satisfied with our experience here. We've had several massages together and Sonia and Katie took great care of both of us. Although they only have a few rooms, that's not reason enough not to go back. They went over their membership pricing and thought they were very reasonable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great massage. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! If I can give them negative stars I will. I scheduled an appointment for 10:15. I get there at 10, nobody is there. I waited until my appointment time and the doors are still locked and no sign of anyone. I get a phone call later saying I missed my appointment that they are going to charge me. $25. I know 100% I scheduled it at 10:15 and the receptionist schedule me for different. I know it was their fault, but I gave them another chance. Schedule the following Saturday and moved my appointment to 9am. I get there and still no one there for 30 minutes. I call and call, nothing. they already messed up two of my appointments and want to charge me for their mistakes. I'm never going back. The hours of operation is not correct. They don't open at 9 ever!!! They're disorganized and rude. I don't recommend them at all! read more

I had the worst experience with The Massage Center located inside The Wellness Center. I purchased a couples massage on groupon and scheduled my appointment a week prior to the appointment date. Our appointment was for 7 PM and the receptionist asked us to arrive 15 minutes early. We ended up arriving 30 minutes early (6:30PM) and upon entering the facility the associate informed us that they were closed. I informed her that we had an appointment at 7 PM and she told me that everyone went home and they were closed. I called the same number I used to schedule the appointment and heard the phone ring in The Wellness Center while such associate proceeded to ignore the phone and left the facility. I left a message regarding the situation and have called the facility back without any response. This is a horrible way to treat potential customers. I hope this does not demonstrate how the licenses chiropractors that own this facility treat their patients. read more
