I was in a hurry afterward, so I paid, left a generous tip, and drove away. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed dust and grime still all over the dashboard, door panels, and interior trim. When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. Lesson learned. If you want the job done right, you'll probably have to stand there and constantly check what they're missing. I won't be using their detailing service again.

(Btw, The correct solution is to have new folks go inside. Super easy, and doesn't inconvenience everyone else.) When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! However when I asked about the remaking damage he said, "we are not responsible for your accessories"!! I was taken back with his statement, I tried to piint out I did not see that as an accessory to no avail. The car in question is a 2024 suv with 3300 miles. So be careful I can only imagine how they would treat other customers. Well all three of our cars will returning to Woodburn for their washes and free vacuum.
