They spray for roaches, ants, termites, and more every three months. ($300 per year, or $75/quarter--and there's no interest charged if you pay in increments!) I called and the exterminator, a very friendly guy by the name of Elliott, came out ten minutes later! He told me all about the service I'd signed up for, what to do/who to call if the bees didn't go away (they don't do major wasp and bee spraying, just minor stuff), and more. He said that if I saw ants and roaches inside the house after Friday (after the outside spraying will have taken effect), I could call him and he'd come out and spray inside to get rid of 'em for good. The inside spray treatments are included in the price, so there's no surprise fee that jumps up if you suddenly find roaches snacking on your snacks. I'm impressed!
