They ended up doing more work than they had described on the bid on the inside where they pumped some bait into a wall and didn't charge any more than they had given the estimate for. I spoke to the owner/salesman often on the phone and saw him at least 3 times - the first time to evaluate that I had termites, and again when he presented the estimate, and when he came inside the house to drill and pump bait into the wall. The men in his crew were friendly and helpful too. He also helped a friend I referred him to who was relieved when he was told that he had flying ants and NOT termites.
