They put out glue traps to check what pest you have on the first visit, but never check them or replace after that. I called the area manager time and time again but he never followed up or had any concern about fixing my problems, only threatened I would have to pay to end my contract early. Other places are cheaper and tell you up front they spray inside each month, as soon as I tell them I had Cook's, so its apparently a common concern of others.
