I had such a great experience at Riddle's Jewelry! I came in because the diamond on my engagement ring had become loose, and Davy took the time to thoroughly inspect it. He explained that the ring was actually bent more than it appeared and that the diamond hadn't been set quite right previously. Rather than rushing the repair, he wanted to keep it for the day so he could fix it properly, and I really appreciated how much he cared about both my jewelry and the quality of his work. It gave me so much confidence knowing my engagement ring was in good hands. Olga and Amber were wonderful too! Had an amazing experience buying a new wedding set from Davy the other day. I showed him a photo of the type of style I like and my husband and I were treated very nicely. Davy was able to guide us to my dream ring it's stunning! He was professional and very down to earth, we did not feel pressured at buy anything at all but we're made to be comfortable that we WANTED to as was our intention with coming in. I brought in an unwearable beaten up ring that was passed down to me from my late grandma (who I named my daughter after) that other jewelry stores told me they couldn't do anything with. Davy turned the beaten up ring into a wearable pendent AND the stone in the ring turned out to be my daughters birth stone. It's beautiful and now my daughter can wear it one day. I took my husband's broken sterling bracelet into Riddle's to have it fixed. They were very friendly and helpful. They were able to fix the bracelet the same day.
