We decided on Elsinore based off the reviews for the lake as well as the ability to reserve our jet skis online. Reserving was easy, 5 minutes, got our email confirmation and we were set. Garrett and Albert met us at the entrance/clubhouse and they showed us where to go from there. Met them at the loading dock area, shared some local stories, showed us the dos and do nots and we were off. Jet skis were a blast, no issues, we touched 55 mph a few times. This was my first time driving a jet ski and had no trouble getting the hang of it. SO much fun. The lake was empty before noon on a Monday but got a bit busier and choppier around 1. The views were great, some wildlife, and we will definitely return and would recommend. Five stars!

I don't know much about these fine vessels, but our rental was perfect for what we needed, seemed to be relatively new, was in good repair, and came with all the life jackets/pfds and gas our family would need. The jet ski was super easy to drive and a ton of fun - more than I expected, really! Service was way above and beyond: friendly, sincere, efficient, and Mike and his assistant were deeply appreciative of our business. Here's a list of things that were wrong:- - Left side trailer tail light not working. - Bent trailer & hitch - Front Right Flat RZR tire - Back left bald & plugged tire. - Ordered & paid for RZR Turbo but got RZR 1000. - Check engine light on all the time. - Unsafe for dunes or anywhere, got stuck on small dune, no power. - Was delivered dirty. - Left trailer low tire pressure. - Loose cables, wiring, trim. - Insufficient strength ties down for RZR. - Dirty helmets, broken & cracked goggles. No Customer service. Pure SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. Wont pick up my calls.

We arrived earlier than the appointment but Bentley was already there waiting for us! Since it was still chilly in the morning he patiently waited for us until the weather gets warmer. He also spent his own time driving another jet and teaching my daughter how to operate the jet properly and all the great tips. He made us feel safe and at the same enjoying the rides! I offered the guy info to look into it but he didn't want to be bothered. The City…read morePark La Laguna you have to get in you car and drive to the beach from your camping spot to rent anything. Even the new boat launch is poorly designed and disconnected from campers. The rest of La Laguna city park is out dated. This is hand down the best boat and Jet ski rental location on the lake for campers. They have completive prices and great service.
