The first red flag was that the company did not provide a phone number, making it difficult to get help or clarification when we needed it. We followed their directions exactly and arrived 30 minutes early. We parked in the designated lot as instructed by the person at the gate, but our guide never came to meet us. We eventually had to drive into the park ourselves and locate the guide, who was parked on the side of the road. There was no clear signage identifying the company or where customers were supposed to check in. Once we finally found the guide, the intake process took approximately 40 minutes. After all of that, we paid approximately $700 for a ride that lasted only about 20 minutes. We were also promised pictures from the experience, but no pictures were ever provided. Lucky I took my own before riding. What made the experience even worse was the customer service afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor communication, unclear instructions, lack of signage, and failure to provide what was promised, the company provided little to no accountability. For the amount of money we spent, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. Poor communication, poor organization, inadequate customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to consider other ATV companies before booking.

They were able to explain step by step how to load and work each of the atv's. They provided us with the trailer to go with it no charge. They also had helmets and goggles if we needed. Let us try on the helmets that best fits us. The Atv's worked great but unfortunately we did end up damaging one of the atv's. We let them know right away the situation and they were very understanding and were just concerned that no one was hurt. They were very helpful. Had such a great experience with them. So a long story here guys so bare with me…read more We started off the day by grabbing our rental jet Ski's from here, it was dropped off and delivered to us at the lake which was cool, but thats where the only good thing about them ended So to start it off the first thing this guy did was have my cousin record the jet ski's while they were on the ramp, they were raised very high so she wasn't able to get the sides in between the Jet ski's, this is fine as many other rental companies do this to protect themselves from damage, however usually they make sure we have view of all the angles of the het ski's, anyway he took a 100 dollar deposit for any damages we might cause to the jet ski's Anyway to start it off he mentioned the GTI can't go past 35 MPH which was fine my brother took that one and I Took the GTX from the beginning the first thing notices was the GTI seadoo had NO REVERSE, but we got on the water and started getting accustomed to riding them, within the first 15 minutes we noticed that the GTI seadoo popped a check engine light, and a red warning for oil would pop up and beep constantly when driving, while the other GTX seadoo would just flash a red warning message and go away this was something very evident that im sure the guy who owns them knows about but doesn't care to fix, anyway during our ride the GTX randomly stalled when I was going 45 MPH and some other person behind me almost hit me, the engine light came on, I restarted it and continued riding it, though constantly it would stall out and turn off, we ended up letting these sit for a few hours and switched to another companies Jet Ski's that were actually safe and working properly Anyway finally it came time to drop the SeaDoos off I noticed the guy positioned the Jet Skis on opposite sides not the sides that were visible and the first thing the guy said was "ey take a picture of these" and shows me some scratches that were all over the left side of the GTX with we couldn't record due to the angle they were in earlier, I then noticed that the GTX had no plastic protective pieces that seem to have been broken off, I mentioned the issues they had mechanically and the guy just shrugged them off saying things like "maybe something was caught in the propeller" he took them and left I contacted him regarding the deposit and he said basically he isn't going to return it to us because of the scratches on the GTX, the entire side was scratched , but the GTI bumped into the GTX maybe 3 times because there was NO REVERSE on the GTI, I texted him saying it was unacceptable to be keeping the deposit, that the GTI had no reverse to stop it from pumping in with the waves of the lake His response was to "emphasize" my comment on us bumping in a few times due to no reverse, and then he commented "No sea doo has brakes the both reverse" I assume he meant that they don't have brakes but have a reverse option, I know they don't brake I was mentioning that the GTI DOES NOT REVERSE, he then did not respond and kept my deposit This guy had NO SYMPATHY for anything that happened, no sorry they weren't working no my bad, he didn't even offer us a discount on anything since we barely drove them, just took our money and went Be safe out there and stay away from this company

Sandy Vans to the Rescue!…read more So... my original awning decided to pick a fight with the wind. The wind won. Turns out my Exclusive Outfitters-built Sprinter van had a VERY heavy electric Dometic awning supported by only TWO mounting brackets. And just to make things more interesting, those brackets were attached with riv-nuts drilled into the corner of my roof--which also happens to be a pop-top. I'm no engineer, but a giant heavy awning + two brackets + a pop-top roof apparently wasn't the winning combination we all hoped for. Enter Sandy Vans. I live in San Diego and needed a replacement awning ASAP because we're leaving for Utah in a couple of days. I contacted Sandy Vans and had an awesome experience from the very beginning. I spoke with Cindy two days in a row, and she was fantastic--super helpful, courteous, patient, and accommodating. When I came in to pick up the awning, if she didn't know the answer to one of my questions, she didn't just shrug and send me on my way. She immediately found someone who did. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Then came Braden. Also extremely helpful and accommodating. He handled my purchase and even gave me his cell number so I could text him if I decided to install the awning myself and needed some technical support. He did briefly mistake my Sprinter for a Ford Transit... I'll forgive him. My van has a pop-top, so it doesn't look like the 9-foot-tall Sprinter skyscrapers that make up about 90% of camper vans these days. Then Brian came out from the shop and actually took the time to look over my van and roof rack to figure out how I could mount the new awning. He gave me several ideas, explained different options, and made the whole project seem doable. Sandy Vans offered to install it, but apparently I enjoy making my life more difficult, so I decided to tackle the installation myself with a good friend. About 2.5 hours, some cutting, grinding, a few choice words directed at the old mounting brackets, and probably a questionable amount of confidence later... NEW AWNING INSTALLED! What impressed me most about Sandy Vans was that they were helpful even after realizing I might not be paying them to do the installation. They still took the time to answer questions, look at my setup, offer advice, and make themselves available if I ran into problems. That says a lot about a business. I highly recommend Sandy Vans for their customer service, knowledge, courtesy, availability, and willingness to actually help their customers. Cindy, Braden, and Brian were all great to deal with. Now hopefully this awning and the Utah wind can maintain a respectful relationship.

I finally got around to reaching out to Sandy Vans to see about getting a replacement and was told that "this item is outside of their return window" (which is 30 days) but they could offer me $50 off towards a new $200 bug screen.. which seems silly considering the first one fell apart. I'm not sure about their other products, but the bug screens are garbage! I declined their pitiful offer of $50 off a new one and told them I'd purchase from a company with a more durable product. I'd recommend anyone else thinking about buying this product do the same!
