Pick up and drop off was shady behind someone else's house and neighbors told us that they always gave their address for some reason. They was very unhappy with Mike and his crew too. Here's a list of things that were wrong:- - Left side trailer tail light not working. - Bent trailer & hitch - Front Right Flat RZR tire - Back left bald & plugged tire. - Ordered & paid for RZR Turbo but got RZR 1000. - Check engine light on all the time. - Unsafe for dunes or anywhere, got stuck on small dune, no power. - Was delivered dirty. - Left trailer low tire pressure. - Loose cables, wiring, trim. - Insufficient strength ties down for RZR. - Dirty helmets, broken & cracked goggles. No Customer service. Pure SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. Wont pick up my calls.

When we had to reschedule for a different date, and they were able to accommodate with no issue over the phone. For hydro bikes, we were able to bring our two dogs. They do not have life jackets for the dogs, but they recommend having your dog's harness, in a case they fall in. They do offer lift jackets for humans. They only had paid parking in the back and spaces were limited as it's shared with restaurants and people who come to fish here. The hydro bikes also has a place to put your water bottles and a small storage. We had great time renting from Disco. I think my dogs enjoyed it as well.

He completed an oil change, impeller replacement, prop fluid change, installed a new starter, and replaced the water pump. Throughout the process, he was professional, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions we had. The only delay was waiting for a part to be delivered so it could be installed, but that was completely out of his control. Other than that, the turnaround time was pretty fast. The front counter personnel was friendly, prompt and has a service with a smile. Area of recommendations for improvements: 1. Customer service (internal and external): I witnessed multiple times in 15 minutes of the service personnel speaking ill of Parts personnel (input of information on an account, credit to a certain personnel for the purchase). Also when wanting to pay, the whole going to the counter to pick out parts and then to the front for payment then back to the counter to receive your parts is so inconvenient. The Services personnel are condensing and short with customers. When asking a questions it feels like you are being reprimanded. 2. Price tags: cost of items was a guessing game.
