Jason..the owner of In Gear Technologies, was in the hospital for almost the entire 2 months my KTM 450 was in the shop. One of his employees told me the cost to fix it, so I paid by check (which wasn't a problem at the time), got my bike back, and it still didn't start. I took it back two more times after this. They told me I would need a new stator and quoted me the price on the KTM OEM stator that I went with. Jason had gotten out of the hospital shortly after and called me, telling me that it would cost more to install it than they had originally quoted me on. When I went to pick it up, I paid the amount they had originally quoted me on, by check. That's when he told me that there would be an $18 check cashing fee on it (though they didn't charge me that fee the first time I paid by check and had gotten my bike back), so I pulled out $20, dropped it on the desk, and told them to keep the change, then started loading up my bike. Jason said he didn't want to see my bike at his shop again (and he won't ever again or any of my other bikes) and I took my bike home. It started one time and STILL only started once after that. I took it to another place and it worked briefly, so I took it to a guy named Adam in Woodcrest, and now it runs great. I had already made a review of this, but it must not have been on Yelp, as Yelp has brought this up on my feed again, so that's why I am now doing this on Yelp. So Jason had commented back to my review saying that I didin't pay what was owed (for a bike that still only started one time after they had worked on it), and that I was rude and agressive towards his employees and threw my $20 for the check fee at them. I have no time or patience for liars, so I will not be doing business with this company again.

Courtney was fantastic. He clearly explained all my options and confidently told me, "When I'm done, you're going to have a brand-new boat." He was absolutely right! He completely overhauled my electrical and electronic systems, retrofitted everything to modern digital standards, and even took care of several issues on my trailer that I hadn't mentioned. He performed two separate sea trials to make sure every system was working perfectly before calling the job done. I couldn't be happier with the results. The boat now runs and handles better than it did when it was new. Courtney's expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism are outstanding. I will never let another boat mechanic touch my boat again. If you have an older boat or new one for that matter, that needs work, do yourself a favor and take it to Gearhead Marine. Beware Beware Beware!!! First of all ur paying top rental for seadoo sparks (lowest model seadoos)…read more2nd when returning the seadoos this guy Francisco had us waiting for 40 mins for him to inspect the seadoos from head to toe, top to bottom, he saw the time used on speedometer and got upset he asked "did you refill the gas tanks " we told him yes (he didn't think we were going to refill the gas tanks,why not were paying for the whole day not hours used we brought our own gas ) ,"they're rentals and used ! Why are you checking every little scratch? ! But this guy knew what he was going to do to us allready, he starting inspecting the routers deep inside and saw some scratches and a few pebbles therefore forfeiting "ALL" our deposit !! How do we know these scratches weren't there before, it's a rental and they're always being used!! Pebbles are unavoidable ! Ur in a lake !!! We were set up, he knew from the get go that he was going to take all our deposit for something that we could not defend, he was non understanding nor negotiable , he just kept saying "your contract says ANYTHING different you loose your deposit and you just lost your deposit " He knew what he was doing and we got set up, Francisco is real dushbag for taking advantage of us ..btw we also rented 2 more jet skis from another man at the same time for we needed 4 total when he picked them up he eyeballed them turned them on to make sure they work and gave us the deposit back with zero problems and it only took 10 minutes! He told us as long as there no visible damage and they work thats all he needs for he knows they're rentals and get used ..l'm not endorsing anyone else but I am saying if you go with Francisco plan on not getting you deposit back, low model seadoos and a real bad attitude to go with this !
