I booked my first class through ClassPass. They are also offering $15 for your first class through the studio. They offer spin shoes for rent for $2, or you can bring your own. I have the SPD clips, and it work just fine. The studio is small, they have cubbies inside the actual room with the bikes so you can place your items there. I took Glenny as my instructor, he was very aggressive in his approach on pushing his class. He also went over the basis of the bikes which I like. (Resistance, saddle, third, second, etc) he also discussed form. Pros - parking is comp for the first 90 minutes. Parking may be an issue since it shares the lot with other businesses - Variety of instructors on schedule - Towels are complimentary Cons - the bathroom is located outside the studio, you need a key.

A huge thank you to Tasha, Taj, and Oscar for making every class challenging, fun, and something I actually look forward to.

I was on a waitlist once so i just showed up to the class hoping i could get in. After the class had started they let late people in who were over 5 minutes late and I wasn't able to take the class, which is fair enough...However I then had booked a class, couldnt find parking and was 2 minutes late for the class (their is a 5 minute grace period) I was told I couldnt take the class because they gave it to someone on the waitlist. But when I was the waitlist, the same did not occur. Then today I went to take my 9:15 class. I guess I had a $15 fee for missing a class, (My kid had been sick and they have a 12 hour cancellation policy) I keep a limited credit card on file there as one time I got a fraudulent charge for $125 from a meter outside their facility. So I offered to pay with Apple pay (which they take) But I was told they cant take the apple pay and I would need to go home and get my waller otherwise I couldnt take the class, I had already paid for. If I went home, I would have missed half the class. The gentlemen also said to me " We need a card on file. I explained that I can pay the card down when I get home and he said and I quote " This can't keep happening, this is how we run our business" But this had never happened before, I have had fees in the past, and they have always been paid. Its a shame as I mentioned because some of the teachers are awesome but theier rules are inconsistent at best and the delivery is rude and untruthful. I have had many memberships over the years and never have i had such inconsistent policies. I wont be going back again which is a shame.

Such a good burn and sweat, and she doesn't make her classes unnecessarily over complicated. There is a parking lot but it's quite tight and limited, so I would get there early. Easy metered parking right next to the lot if you can't get a spot. There is a shower as well with basic amenities.

To sign up for classes I used the phone app to reserve the bikes which was very quick to do. Shoe rental is $3 if you need to borrow shoes for the class. Before last night I had done one sweat cycle class with Yelp so this was my first real class and I felt so welcomed. When we arrived staff was soooo nice and helpful getting my friends set up on their bikes and helping me make sure that I had set mine up correctly. The room was so hot and humid that I felt like I'm in a tropical jungle. When class started everyone cheered and welcomed my friends and some other people who's first time it was and even the girl next to me gave me a high five and was so excited to meet me. I really loved everyone's happy and excited energy which definitely helped keep me pumped and moving. Being quite out of shape I can get self conscious about being new at something and slower at it than others, but everyone is so kind and uplifting! Latosha was very motivating while giving easy to follow instructions. The music is quite loud but I was able to hear her throughout the entire class. If you've been eyeing Sweat Cycle, I recommend just signing up for a class and just trying it! If you feel like it's getting too hot or you need a break, all you have to do is click out of the bike and go outside to get some fresh air and refill your water at the water station. Several people did this and then returned when ready to jump back into class. Listen to your body and have fun.

Then she gave me a very detailed information about their studio. There is a seating area on the first floor so I could change to my spin shoes (complimentary rental). There is a water machine to refill your water bottle (free). In case you forget your water, there are water for purchase as well. The classroom is on the second floor. There are plenty of storage cabinets to store personal belongings. The Class: Our instructor was Sara. She is such a sweetheart. She knew it was my first class, she personally adjusted my bike to my height for me. Showed me how to use the bike (especially how to lock my spin shoes to the pedals). OMG! Her energy is up to the roof! She did the whole routine with us PLUS giving us instructions & motivating us at the same time! She is amazing!! I love the "vibe" in the classroom. It is slightly dark with great music. I felt like working out in the club! Sara's playlist is awesome~ The Parking: I found the street parking (free) right in front of the studio. I think they have a small parking lot behind the studio as well.

Downstairs they give you spin shoes too. One of the workers was very nice and escorted me upstairs to see if I was comfortable with where I was placed in the class. So even if I don't show up they make their money. Third, the pride stuff was so excessive. No one was behind the counter and I couldn't tell who worked there and who was there for the class. So I'm standing at the counter looking around when a young lady walked over and with no eye contact or "hello" or "good morning" says "what's your name". I say Good Morning My Name Is ..... she doesn't say another word. I stand there awkwardly for a minute or two before she says you're on bike 49 and immediately proceeds to walk away. Maybe she was having a bad day .... IDK. I find the lockers and then realize I still need shoes. I walk back to the front counter and again with no acknowledgment or eye contact the same young lady says "what size". I tell her my size she hands me a pair of shoes and immediately walks away ... again. Fast forward the doors open and people start filing into the workout room. Still no customer service no assistance. I find bike 49. I don't know how to adjust the seat or the height of the handle bar. I end up asking another customer for help. She was an absolutely delightful young lady. The instructor enters the room personality to the max! He asks if there are any first timers in the room me and one other person raise our hands. Less than a minute later the class starts. Great vibe I totally see the appeal. But the struggle was real. I'm not new to working out but I am new to spin. I didn't know how to clip in or out I didn't know how to adjust the handle bar height considering all the up and down movements, and there was absolutely no further interaction from the instructor after asking who was there for the first time. Like I said .... Great workout but I was completely turned off by the lack of customer service and lack of consideration for being a first timer.
