What an awesome class I had ! Heather was so motivating and inspiring. I loved the energy of the class and was able to follow along without issues. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all the amenities. I will say that there's only 2 available sinks so be prepared to wait a second or two for it to be available. Otherwise I loved the playlist and how welcoming the front desk staff were. Definitely going back soon!

Wanted to try a real spin class for years and this blew my mind into motivation mode. I loved everything about my 1st visit. The ladies at the counter were super friendly and very inviting. I'm not used to being perky before coffee on a Saturday morning but I prepped myself up to match their energy real quick. Clean and cute little studio! One spin room (a bit smaller so it's kinda congested) but that layout worked somehow. Instructor was very inspirational and she really convinced me (ok, not me directly but the class) to just have fun. And fun I had A bit on the pricey side but so worth it bc you cannot put a price on health. I'll def return! 90min free park across the street near Jamba Juice.

The classes are fun and upbeat. The instructors are very positive and pushes you. If this is your first class, I recommend to come 15 minutes before. You need to sign a waiver, the front desk gives a short tour of the facility, and they help you get set up on the bike. Spin shoes are required! CLASSES The classes are 45 minutes and they release their classes for the next week schedule on Monday at noon. Easy to book through their app. Each instructor brings a different energy and vibe to their ride. I find that the classes are quite dancing. PARKING Soul cycle validate for 90 minutes parking off of Shopper Lane parking structure. Which works perfectly for the 45 minute spin class. AMENITIES They offer showers, towels, lockers, bottle water for purchase, and fountain water at the facility. They also have spin shoes for rent, which $3. In addition, they also have their merchandise for sale too. Can't wait to go back!

Tried my first SoulCycle class this morning ! Oh man I had the best time! I took the 9:30 hip hop class. The instructor as well as the music was super energetic and fun! The class itself was challenging and I left feeling strong, empowered, and definitely sweating ! I was dripping ! I definitely will be back for future classes ! I heard they have an Eras tour class! Umm hello anything for Taylor !

I go to SoulCycle Pasadena about once a week, and the other days of the week I go to another cycling studio that focuses more on metrics. I still love going to SoulCycle though because it's nice to take a class and just enjoy the instructors' playlists and choreography. Themed classes are super fun too, so it's nice to have a workout that feels like a party! With that being said, I'm not sure if I can recommend SoulCycle to someone who is trying indoor cycling for the first time. Most instructors teach the majority of class out of saddle going high RPM's (revolutions per minute) which require good form and core strength to avoid injury (which I didn't have when I first started cycling). Nailing the beat and the choreography does feel rewarding though when you finally build enough strength to do so! If you've never tried indoor cycling before though and really wanna try SoulCycle, the staff here is super helpful and informative and can help you get your bike set up no problem! As of the studio, the space is clean but quite small. In the locker area, I do find that before and after class we all are on top of each other. In the main studio area the bikes are pretty close to each other as well and during arms, you'd probably wanna be cautious of hitting the person next to you during certain moves. With that being said, SoulCycle burns so much calories each time and I'm always looking forward to every class!

I was dragged by a good friend to my first class... wasn't thrilled about it but she promised me goodies after. Lo and behold, attended Diego's class, got hooked, and never looked back. I have reached a point that I will go by myself as long as Diego is teaching! He makes class fun and before you know it, you have cycled 45 minutes away. The music, the vibe, the energy... everything you want in a cardio spin class, you'll find it here in PDNA SoulCycle! It will get into your soul and you will be addicted, in a good way. During this time, all workouts are done on the rooftop. Call it working out with a view. The staff constantly sanitizes the equipment and masks are required at all times. Let's workout and do our part as responsible adults during this unprecedented times...

With classpass, I tried pretty much all of the cycling studios in the area and Rev was always my favorite because it's the most welcoming and inclusive environment! Eventually, my free classpass benefit was no more and I ended up spending my own money at Rev Cycle classes because I enjoy their classes that much! Nairi and Paniz are the GOATs! They are both amazing people and they always bring great energy to their classes. I love that they can teach all levels from beginners to advanced riders without excluding anyone. Their classes are structured in a way that I am encouraged to challenge myself at whatever my pace is that day. Front desk staff is also always amazing and so genuinely nice! The studio is always very clean and the bikes are well maintained. My favorite class is the 30/30 Cycle/Sculpt, I feel like the combo gives me a great without and makes me feel stronger in my day-to-day life; I even have little muscles now to prove it!

I am SO UPSET that I do not live in the area and can continue to come to this gym. They have ruined me. I cannot accept basic yoga classes anymore. Took advantage of their 7days for $7 trial. Downside is that there is no shower, but there are 6am classes, so plenty of time to get yourself home and off to work by 8am :) I look forward to returning when I am In the area.

I also like to run and the classes are the perfect strength training regimen to support my running. I've noticed some other yelp reviewers complain about the lack of friendliness in the studio and I can understand that. It's not Soul Cycle and you're not going to get a sermon with your workout. I do feel that the front desk staff is always warm. When I was able to go more consistently and pick my classes, the instructor knew my name. My schedule doesn't allow for me to take the same classes and see the same instructors anymore; I go when I can. The workout really can't be beat and the social aspect of the studio isn't that important to me so I don't mind letting that go. I would like to note that the co-owner, Alex, couldn't be nicer. I've taken numerous workout classes, including Lagree, so I was already familiar with the machine and many of the movements. The class itself was not very engaging and felt quite simple. There was no music, very few demonstrations, and minimal holds or challenging movements. However, the biggest issue was my experience with the instructor, Lo. When I arrived, she kindly showed me to my machine and went over the basics of the spring load and how it functions, which I appreciated. I also agreed to hands-on support when offered. Unfortunately, her attitude throughout the class felt very condescending. When I needed to be corrected, she would shout my name and say things like, "You're doing it wrong," without providing clear instructions on how to correct the movement. She also rarely came over to help adjust my posture, despite doing so for many of the other clients in the room. At one point, I asked her a simple question about my foot positioning for an exercise, and she chuckled in response, which was quite degrading.

No one was behind the counter and I couldn't tell who worked there and who was there for the class. So I'm standing at the counter looking around when a young lady walked over and with no eye contact or "hello" or "good morning" says "what's your name". I say Good Morning My Name Is ..... she doesn't say another word. I stand there awkwardly for a minute or two before she says you're on bike 49 and immediately proceeds to walk away. Maybe she was having a bad day .... IDK. I find the lockers and then realize I still need shoes. I walk back to the front counter and again with no acknowledgment or eye contact the same young lady says "what size". I tell her my size she hands me a pair of shoes and immediately walks away ... again. Fast forward the doors open and people start filing into the workout room. Still no customer service no assistance. I find bike 49. I don't know how to adjust the seat or the height of the handle bar. I end up asking another customer for help. She was an absolutely delightful young lady. The instructor enters the room personality to the max! He asks if there are any first timers in the room me and one other person raise our hands. Less than a minute later the class starts. Great vibe I totally see the appeal. But the struggle was real. I'm not new to working out but I am new to spin. I didn't know how to clip in or out I didn't know how to adjust the handle bar height considering all the up and down movements, and there was absolutely no further interaction from the instructor after asking who was there for the first time. Like I said .... Great workout but I was completely turned off by the lack of customer service and lack of consideration for being a first timer.

Flash forward to this century and i experienced Spin360...and like the kids say..OMFG..THIS PLACE IS LIT... A friend invited me ..so i showed up........and i was buying a group on before i left. Class kicked my butt .. and I was a 6 days a week Boot Camp attendee ...so i was accustomed to sweating and getting my heart rate up......but what a workout THIS spin class put me through. Now, that i have taken over 100 spin classes with various instructors, i can truly report how fabulous this Boutique Spin and Gym is.. 1. It is owed by a local who loves her community is involved in many civic activities (clothing drives, food banks, fundraising, the list goes on). 2. It is a full body work out. Instructor guides you and makes sure u don't get hurt (important for this old gal ). You will do Sprints, Serious Hill Climbs, Various Sitting and Standing Positions to engage your CORE and strengthen your entire body...and get this..you do arm workouts while spinning, with hand weights...or just use ur own body weight. 3. Great energy, great music and lights, and different instructors with varied styles so u can find ur match. 4. There is also a gym with all the fancy workout machines and weights. If you decide to also sign up for personal training. 5. Genuine and caring crew who will notice and miss you when ur not there. 6. GET A GROUP ON to try it out...very reasonable... I still love my boot camp but spinning has giving me a great balance so now i alternate days and feel fabulous. Get a group on and check it out ....they are very reasonable .... but, pretty please..... get there 30 minutes before start of class...if its ur first few times. They take safety very seriously. Instructor needs to help you adjust bike to ur body and give u the 411 on what to do....if u show up 5 minutes before start.... u are taking up the time of all of the rest of the folks who are ready to get their sweat on..... and this old Gal will probably give u a look ...cuz the poor instructor has to start late to get you set up and keep you safe.
