That was it, she didn't want o know anything else, I was shocked, but what else can they do? I know what I would have done, gotten all information I could of and seen if somehow put a stop to what they are doing. The next thing I did was call the bank that I was involving this attempt with, as far as I was the victim, silly me, but anyway, the bank just wanted to put a stop on the check, why? I haven't been able to deposit the check, to begin with. Whatever! I just wanted them to know that I wasn't trying to be a part of this scam! And I am talking about Netspend, just so you know.

Mind you I have a very well maintained vehicle. Manger hooked a meter to my Battery jumped in my truck, and stepped on the gas pedal to the medal for an easy 30-40 sec, I had to move away from the front of my truck. He then jumps out and says yep battery is bad shuts it off and says leave it here its under warranty. I uber to my office, within an hour and a half I was receiving a call from him saying we have bigger issues,he states he went back out to start it after I left and he heard a bang and clanging noise then oil all over the parking lot. Yep he blew a rod through the block. Goodyear refuses to take any blame in this matter! Even tho I witnessed the store mangers actions. Goodyear 's PDC claim process is a total joke and very dishonest process. Where there claims specialist lies throughout and even threatened to close the claim if you do not go through their 3rd party inspection. Which is their own insurance carrier nd a fly by night mechanic that talks on the phone to the adjuster during the whole inspection. When it's time to see the results of the inspection the PDC claims person says you can not see the results, it's a legal document. Do yourself a favor if you need to file a claim with Goodyear crab a lawyer. The process is more filled with Deception and lies than you wouldn't beleave. During the whole process you will hear we have a whole 3rd floor of lawyers here at corporate. There is alot more information I could post here about the whole process including the day of the inspection and the inspector himself. Pulling up to the inspection with a vehicle that the registration was expired in October of 2023. Just the type of person that you want inspecting your vehicle. Clear indication that this guy does not pay attention to detail. So let me close by saying do not take your vehicle to this Goodyear Service center it can go south very quick, and Goodyear will not take any type of responsibility. So if don't want to take a great running vehicle in for a battery and leave with a blown engine Stay Away
