The morning of the night I was to fly in, I called Scott Green, who happens to own the business, and not only was he able to provide a luxurious Lincoln Town Car, he also picked me up himself and he offered a fantastic flat rate. Even with tip, I paid less than base fare for a taxi. The customer service was impeccable. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, explaining the details of his business - he worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and boy, does it show. He was pleasant, chatty, knowledgable, personable and reassuring. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and Scott knew exactly where to go because he has regulars in the same neighborhood. Alan, our driver, called to confirm the night before and actually showed up outside our home 10 minutes early. He was most friendly and helpful, especially nice considering the time of day! They emailed me to let them know when my plane landed so they would be ready for us. I did that when my plane landed at 12:30am. I couldn't find anyone on site to speak to since no shuttle showed up. I called their dispatch 4x and no answer. I called their customer service who couldn't reach dispatch either. I requested a refund. I then had to make alternate plans at 2am! Customer service could care less and no apologies. Never again with these people!
