The only thing I would say is when listing you have kids it takes extra time to get the kids into the car as you need to place the seats and extra luggage and the kids. The driver was courteous and helped with the luggage on both ends. For the return trip, I received a text when I got off the plane with directions to send a text with the loading zone when I got there. The driver was there in a few minutes. I love Rides on Time. They are my go-to for all airport transportation, to and from SAN and LAX. Early (at least 10 minutes early, always!), VERY nice, great cars, and extremely reasonably priced. Hate that awkward exchange at the end of a cab ride, where you never have cash and aren't sure what you should tip? You don't worry about that with Rides on Time. It's all done by credit card before you get in the car- and the tip is included. Even if you WANT to tip your driver, he won't take it. We have used their car service approximately 20 times in the last 2 years and have never had a bad experience.
