My driver was already pretty cool and we got along. Dropped me off, and about 2 minutes later I couldn't find my phone. Called dispatch from another phone (long story there) and dispatch immediately got in touch with the taxi. Maybe 2 minutes went by and he was right back at the station (I had to catch a train so timing was crucial too). For those who care about the personal story, my phone wasn't in the car and I found it on the street a couple minutes later - and I'm just that guy. But ultimately I was extremely happy with how quickly they teamed up to try and solve my 'problem'. I'll continue to use them for sure.
