This service is so unprofessional. We were picked up to go to a concert last night. The driver kept making racist remarks although I kept asking him to stop. He kept making them and making us feel very uncomfortable. We tried calling the HQ afterwards and they completely blew it off. I guess they did get us to the concert on time though. read more

Seriously the BEST BEST taxi company ever. They were so nice. We asked them where to go on a Monday night and they recommended the pier in Belmar. Tyler the owner drove us there and said it didn't look too good, so he drove us to Norwood Inn b/c that is supposedly good on Mondays. He walked us in to see if there was a crowd. We said we would just stay there until it got better so he left. he ended up calling us back and saying he was going to drive us to the columns b/c we should have dinner there and then go back to norwood after. With all that extra driving, he wouldn't even accept more money... I will only use this company whenever i'm in the area... You cannot beat that service and the prices are great too! read more

Horrible experience all around. We planned a birthday trip to osprey two weeks in advance to drive us there and back. The day of the birthday they said they could only pick us up and not drive us to the bar. The driver was extremely unprofessional and not nice at all upon picking us up. I would highly recommend to just use an Uber as they are more reliable and cheaper. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Certainly will never be using this service ever again. Awesome experience with Wally's. 8 of us took the van to Met life yesterday from Wall-Sunday evening prime time returning beach traffic. Our driver Dave was amazing. Helped us loading all of our tailgating equipment-chairs, coolers, etc and even cooked up burgers and dogs for us at the stadium. Oh and he helped clean up so we could hang out as long as possible before the show. It was hassle free-fun and a memorable experience tx to the transportation and our driver! He was fun to hang with. I used to get good service but the most recent trip i called 5 or 6 times, left messages, never a call back. Did manage to get through to a driver who told me I would hear from the office first thing in the morning for reservations, no call. I think this service is so channeled into driving drunks between bars that they ignore the trips not between bars and are non responsive. I wont be using them again. read more

Wally's was the BEST! I booked a van for 12 people two months in advance. Tyler (the owner) followed up the day before the event. The driver was great and showed up on time. The driver took 12 woman door to door on a house tour of 10 homes. It was raining and miserable. The driver open the door and held a umberella every house! We had so much fun.
