They are expensive and they don't stand behind their work. And they are super slow to respond. Two years ago my balcony had a screen installed by Retracta Screens of SC. Within one week, the frame started to detach from the building because the anchor screws were too short. Within a month, and after numerous follow up calls, Virgo finally had his installer come back and repair the work. Over the last 18 months, the seal that held the screen in was starting to breakdown, eventually causing the screen to come loose. Last October 2015, I contacted Virgo to ask him if I could get on his schedule to get the seal or the screen repaired. He said he would call back. After not hearing from in after a month, I was more persistent and asked if I could get the name of the team member he was going to send. He gave me Derricks name and number. I continued to follow up w him for 4 months and every time we talked, he gave a lame excuse and never followed up. Today I went back to Virgo. Per usual, his head was in the clouds and he told me he had memory problems. I paid a lot of money for this stupid screen system, and it's even more frustrating dealing with this group of unprofessional unaccountable morons. It's been six months, and my screen is continuing to fall apart. Even after offering to pay a premium for them to come out for a few hours and repair, Virgo can't even follow up with a phone call or a update. He won't give me the name of another contractor, and I worry about the screen matching if I use someone else. He is the WORST contractor I have ever dealt with. You are warned.

Eddie, the owner, is very personable and helpful and is extremely knowledgeable of stained glass. He also does work for The Biltmore in Asheville. Stained glass is becoming a lost art form and there are very few of these artists remaining. We primarily wanted to stop to see what they offered in kitchen cabinetry. Although much of what they carry is builder basic, you can upgrade to really nice wood cabinets. You can send them your space measurements and they will assist you with the lay out. The employees were very helpful with information and helping us to get the layout of the warehouse. While I liked some of the high quality cabinets they carried, I don't know if it would be worth a two hour drive from Georgia. I think that I would prefer to just find a source closer to home just for the sake of convenience. However, if you reside in Greenville, this could be a great option for you. In addition to furniture, fixtures and accessories, (pull out inserts for drawers), they also had stones for a backsplash and area rugs. If you are looking for basic products for a rental or if you are just cheap, this is the place for you. This would not be a good option if you are looking for higher quality options.
