The common area and grounds, also look welcoming and that's how they lure you in. You expect expensive rent with this sort of facility- but what you don't expect is to have a clubhouse you can't access on weekends- have to pay to use if you want to have any sort of gathering, and that they will give you ZERO assistance with problematic neighbors. We were harassed by the neighbors two stories above us in retaliation for reporting that they had left their constantly crying dogs outside for 12+ hours, and the managers did nothing for our safety. They (the managers at the time) also didn't communicate the major crimes that had been happening on the property as we were moving out. SWAT/Nampa PD's tactical team was sweeping the complex and they acted like it was the norm. Come to find out- it was. Management didn't care who was paying the rent (or if people had undocumented roommates that put them over capacity as we noticed in several problematic homes.) We also had a hoarder sharing a wall with us, and they did nothing about that smell. For the price paid to live in these units, I'd also expect that all the appliances work as they should. For the entire time we lived here, we had a washing machine that would scream like a banshee every time we used it, and were constantly told that they'd replace it. Spoiler alert- it's probably still in that unit and still screeching. If you can afford to rent here- you can afford to rent somewhere else. I'd suggest you try, unless it's something you don't plan on staying at for a long time and want to pay a small deposit for.

I will also give them a one star because 0 isn't an option…read more The management staff is a joke and are a bunch of trashy people taking advantage of everyone else. Me and my roommate were there for two months before we decided to move out due to job promotions and the housing market being good to buy. Once we moved out we got charged the Early term fee which was 1 month and a month in advance 1,800 dollars. We paid that and thought we were good to go. Exactly 1 year later we got a call from one of their manager saying that we had an outstanding balance of 1,440 dollars to pay before the end of October 2017 if not they would send it to collection! We have always had perfect credit! When we confronted the management staff about why we were only hearing about it a year later her excuse was that she was on maternity leave! I'm sorry I didn't know that you could be on maternity leave for a year. We ended up paying the 1440 so our credit wouldn't get be affected. Moral of the story is this; don't ever do business through them and get taken advantage of! I'm a firm believer in word of mouth and the more people that I can steer away from them as possible is what I plan to do! Oh and by the way the 1440 that we were charged was for damage that was done to the apartment before we got there ( blinds, horrible smoke hodor, and scratches on the wall) the first month we were there two of the doors fell completely off of the hinges and we had to fix that ourselves because they would never take care of service request. Our fridge wasn't working when we moved in so we were told that we would get a brand new one, nope they replaced it with another shitty fridge. Horrible company, horrible staff, horrible management, trashy people. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

This place is a cash grab, plain and simple. Rent is just…read morethe starting point. On top of that, you'll pay a stack of extra fees -- utility handling, R.U.B.S., an "amenity package," garage fees. It's nickel and diming by design. What do you get for all that money? One dumpster for buildings A-L which are multiple stories high, five washing machines for the entire complex (usually broken), really only 1 or two work because management doesn't care about its tenants and have no desire to fix them, a tiny overcrowded gym, and a hot tub that's down more often than it's working. Yet you're forced to pay a steep monthly fee for these "amenities" whether they function or not. The real sting comes at lease renewal. If you want to stay, expect a significant rent increase. Not gradual, not reasonable, just a steep hike the moment your lease is up. And if you have a garage, yes that goes up in price too. Long term tenants aren't valued here, turnover clearly is. Luxury pricing. Constant fees. Broken facilities. This complex isn't managed -- it's monetized. Save yourself the headache and live literally anywhere else.
