I decided to rent out a townhouse unit in the complex and lucked out with a corner unit. The office staff were always available to answer questions and walk me through the application process. The experience has been very personable as it felt like I had my own agent to assist me with applying for a townhouse as well as post-move in steps. The office staff, including Morgan and Josie, are very willing to please and meet, if not exceed, your expectations. The maintenance staff are equally as courteous delivering a new water filter for my refrigerator the very next day. The grounds are well kept and there's a family atmosphere present throughout the complex with a playground, several grass areas, and a lagoon style pool with spa. The complex is divided with an apartment side and a townhouse side. The entire complex is restful and quiet with only an occasional siren heard from State Street. There is a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountain foothills, which compliments the overall aesthetic of the apartment buildings and townhouses. I currently occupy a corner townhouse unit and I have heard nothing from my one connected neighbor proving the excellent build quality and soundproofing of the walls. The townhouse was in pristine condition when I first arrived and felt just as new as the day as it was built. At the time of this review, the unit was only 2-3 years old with only two previous tenants. In short, I love this complex and feel extremely lucky for finding it and the acquiring the townhouse unit that I have. I highly recommend giving this complex a look.

I was not sure if I should walk over there or...??? So I walked to her desk and she said what are you looking for? It was at this point I reached my hand across the desk and introduced myself to the girl slouched over her desk. Nonetheless, the grounds appeared nice so I was interested. She immediately tells me if you're looking for a 1 bedroom I don't have any. I smiled and said I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom. She was very short and you could feel she just wanted to get back to eating her lunch or strolling through social media... whatever it was she was doing before I walked in. I was able to get her to show me an apartment and it looked great. I really liked it. To be honest though- if every time I have to deal with someone in the office and that's what it's like, I just won't move in. Icing on the cake? She never took my ID, info, phone number .. nothing. So if I'm interested in this place I'll have to be the one to call back. No thanks, these places are a dime a dozen and I'll go find another one.

Property Owner I…read morehave 10yrs+ of experience owning multiple rental properties and working with property management companies. Frankly, the properties with WPM didn't perform at all. This property was a consistent outlier in my portfolio. Finally, I fired WPM. Kept the same tenants and used another management company. Same tenants, same property, new property manager. INSTANTLY all the mysterious tenant work requests disappeared. The fees disappeared and the costs for maintenance items became market reasonable. These issues with WPM lasted years! I consistently gave the benefit of the doubt. Something at WPM is Sketchy.

We lived in unit 417 (top floor, 3rd floor of apartments, 4th including the garage) for a year. It was a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with loft, and a balcony that overlooked the river & the greenbelt. I would have lived here for another 3 years while we are in Boise if I could have stayed AND gotten my puppy (pets are grandfathered in but no new ones allowed). This place was extreamly quite and peaceful. The condo spec apartments made it so we hardly heard any noise, and the heat & AC was well retained (we lived through the dreaded 2016-2017 winter here and we were toasty warm and our bill was super low). Sonny, the manager was around a lot so you could bump into him and say hi or he was always available if we had a question or needed anything. The maintenance was done so incredibly fast it made my head spin. We had a light switch acting funny and when I told Sonny, he told me they would fix it later that day! Sonny is one of the nicest and happiest landlords/managers I have had the pleasure to rent from. The garage is gate access and has security cameras. They also have a night security guard patrol come through the property to prevent theft (generally of bikes locked in the garage), but that never happened in the year we were there. It was super safe & convenient to go right out the garage door and be on the greenbelt to work &/or school. I seriously can not recommend this place more. I loved living here so much and I am truly going to miss sitting on the balcony watching the people stroll by on the greenbelt with the Boise river as background noise!!

Not only are we right on the river,(allowing us to walk and enjoy the fabulous scenery just outside our back door) but we are minutes from the freeway as well as downtown. To say I've been pleased with the accommodations, would be an understatement. The apartments are awesome, quite, well maintained and managed. The staff here is second to none. From Rachel in the front office ( who always has a smile and an upbeat personality) to Sonny , the manager and maintenance supervisor. These folks are quick to assist for any need. I have not had a problem that wasn't repaired the same day. They have an awesome team of helpers and assistants that always put the tenant first. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I absolutely love it here.

Management is working to clear the issue however it's not working at an efficient rate, parking passes were supposed to be put out shortly after moving in which was in June/July, we are in February and the permit's are supposedly going out tomorrow. There has been a bike parked in the same spot since October and has not moved an inch. Tenants are unhappy and I have no doubt that they have talked to Lori the manager, yet the issue has remained for 4 months now. I'm upset, and I know everyone else here is upset. When I ask about these issues I get short responses from the manager and I get it, she has a life but this is not how you keep tenants and definitely now how you want to run your business.

Almost every concern I had about living in this complex was addressed immediately. Both cosmetic and infrastructural improvements were made immediately that we had been asking about for years, and for the first time in years, I actually was able to reach an individual during off-hours or the weekend who was ready and able to assist me. This NEVER happened before they arrived. Also (and this will resonate with anyone who has rented) these two individuals actually speak to you like a HUMAN, and not just treat you like you're a burden. Altogether, it has been a great experience in this complex since these individuals made massive strides in our neighborhood, making this a place we are actually proud to live. Should you see this review and some time has gone by, just be sure to inquire whether these individuals still manage and maintain the property, as i have had almost 10 different property managers and nearly 20 maintenance managers in the last few years here, and Summer and Shawn have been the best by far, but Table Rock has a bad habit of switching management multiple times a year, so definitely check first!
