They ruined my dress and she, the owner, refused to take any responsibility. I just bought this dress and wore it once at Thanksgiving dinner, then brought it straight to them for dry clean. When I picked it up the following week, she said she lost our ticket. So I told her we got my husband's pants and my black dress with white stripes. She suddenly remembered and brought it out and said oh they never cleaned it yet because of the stain on the white stripes!!! The thing is there was no stain when we dropped it off. She went on and on and blamed it to the brand and the store I bought it from. I gave up and left. Then my husband went back today and spoke to the lady. She still refused to do anything. I'll be coming back with more items soon. All the suits were cleaned and pressed nicely and none smell like chemicals, which is a common problem with other dry cleaners. Also, I brought in one suit that needed repair. It had snagged threads in the pant leg. It's a Brooks Brothers navy suit with subtle pinstripes. I was considering giving away the suit because of the damage, but it's only 2 years old and I don't want to part with it yet. So on a lark, I brought the suit in to see if Alexander's could work some magic. And they did not disappoint. Of about 10 snags in that pant leg, all but 1 was made to disappear completely. The remaining snag was significantly reduced. I am so happy. (And I suspect that the remaining snag will only be noticeable to pets or children under 3 feet tall!) Also, when I dropped the damaged suit off for repair, they insisted on not charging me for the de-snagging, but I would not hear it and left an extra $20. You get what you pay for, and I wanted magic, so I was not about to settle for free magic. Hope that makes sense! Thank you, Alexander's for being a welcoming, caring, helpful local small business.

We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. I wish there was an app where one could easily let them know what needs to be done, or tell them if you need something hemmed or fixed, but that is wishful thinking I guess. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.
