I was actually told I could not use a couple of dryers because they ( the employee) needed them. I assumed as a paying customer the employees would not be calling "dibs" on the machines. Also it would have been nice to have been told that there would be no available dryers BEFORE I did the washing. I ended up going to another place just to dry the clothes. Please note this was not my first and only time here. I have used the place three previous times over a 6 week period figuring I just caught it at a bad time but it seems no matter what time you go it will not be a pleasant experience. When I then asked her why would I have to do that she told me I don't pay her for her to clean up after me. When hired staff are here to monitor the machines and keep the facility clean. As far as laundromats go, this is a step above other places I've been to. They have a wide…read moreselection of washer sizes, ranging from their smallest, which is $2.50, all the way to their biggest, which is $14, but don't quote me. They also have two dryer sizes. The small dryer costs .25 cents for 7mins, but I'm not sure what the cost of the large is. The place is fairly clean for the most part and the washing and drying machines do a good job. This laundromat is open from 6am - 12am everyday, which is super convenient. One thing to note: their washers and dryers don't accept cash payments. There is a machine which dispenses cards and you can load money on those cards using cash or credit. Being able to load money using my debit card is a huge plus for me. There is also a machine that breaks larger bills for you. The only con I have is in the summer the heat in the laundromat can be unbearable! You literally start sweating standing there for only two minutes.

When I picked up the shirts they were fine until I noticed on several of my shirts they actually stapled the tags onto the actual shirt labels. Seriously I've never seen anything like this in any of the other dry cleaners I went to. I've seen them staple around the label or button holes on the tag itself but never on the actual label of the shirt. That's either some serious brain dead shit or some serious careless shit. God awful practice. Anyway I'm never coming back. I should have listened to my own gut and noticed why there wasn't much of a rack of dry cleaning in there. In addition, my son left his credit card in the pocket of his jeans. We were immediately notified of it and it was returned with the clothes. Would highly recommend. We were in a pinch-- on a road trip with 2 teenagers, an extra large load of laundry, and needed it done on a Sunday. We reached out to 3 companies, and Abby was the only one who was able to do it. The second company supposedly only did "doorman" buildings, and the third never responded. Abby filled the niche in the market, and we hope her business thrives. Use her!
