I brought this to the front desk's attention because the interaction was rude and unprofessional. I was told it was a "miscommunication," but it wasn't--it was simply poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has cost them a returning customer. I will not be coming back and cannot recommend this business based on how I was treated.

When I arrived, I dropped off almost a months worth of clothes (again, just moved, the bulk was mainly in boxes). The lady at this location could not have been nicer.
