The building is old and new. So in some places you get new and in some places you get old. Surgery wise I felt very safe and that I was in good hands. No problems. The little bit of issues come on post-op. The nurse assisting me was nice. And very helpful. They were eager to dismiss me. That's fine I was eager to go. But in that haste. There were issues. My IV line was still in me, my catheter was unhooked and had to be fixed it's like they wanted me out but didn't double check me. And I was kinda out of it from the drugs. So I was no help. Overall nice staff care was good. But I think they might have been busy or the nurse was pulled into many directions and things fell through the cracks that shouldn't have. Would I go back. Yes. But now I am looking to make sure things would be done properly.

For my 700th YELP REVIEW!!…read more I forgot that Cleveland Clinic had an Urgent Care so I was happy to drive over after a wasteful and unhelpful experience at other Urgent Care. Wonderful customer service. Attentive and caring staff. Actual concern for patient care. I visited on Thursday, 27 June 2024 in the morning for a checkup on a certain part of my body but it turned out nothing was wrong with me. All the basic tests were done (blood pressure, pulse, plus another important test) by a nurse and then I saw the PA-C (Physician Assistant - Certified) on call (there must not have been an MD on call. The PA-C reviewed the other mayor test and told me that my body was fine. What is said say about stress and not drinking enough water can actually cause a reaction in your body. My experience here was amazing compared to the Lakewood Urgent Care. The young lady at the front desk greeted me then checked me in which was a smooth process because I have been to Cleveland Clinic in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and a nurse assisted me by taking my important vitals (weight, blood pressure, pulse, and another test that will remain nameless due to privacy health reasons. I forgot her name but she is a Serbian lady who was very professional and nice. Finally, I saw the PA-C who reviewer everything that the nurse went over and it turns out that nothing is wrong with me. I'm healthy but I came to Urgent Care because I felt something was off with my body. The PA-C gave me things to do in that week to follow and sent me on my way. I did not need any medication.
