That's three times an obligation was not met to repair my roof. My calls and voicemails were unanswered and not replied to and I was not kept up to date when the date mentioned did not work for them. I finally received a call (after submitting a complaint to BBB) telling me they would not be able to repair my roof because they're too busy. Meanwhile, my roof has been leaking two months without repair waiting for these guys. I would've preferred someone tell me two months ago that they were booked and wouldn't be able to repair my roof. We no longer have to with Whipple Roofing. Stan is always (!) one text, email, or phone call away (which is more than I can say about my insurance company regarding my April 26 hail storm claim). I told a Liberty Mutual manager it's embarrassing when the roofer becomes your source of policy information and not your insurance company. Yet also your gift as Stan is more than willing, and capable to kindly, and with great patience walk you through this confusing and challenging process. We had a leak in our roof that another roofing company couldn't fix…read morewith their first fix, and we received a big quote to start tearing off part of the house to get to it. Mr. Sapp and Professional Roofing Solutions came out, and immediately discovered that the leak was NOT coming from the place we were told, but rather from the very top of the house. Took him about 5 minutes to figure this out after seeing standing water under the singles about three feet in from the end of the roof. Paid HALF of what I was getting ready to pay to the other folks, and this fix came with a 5 year guarantee that if that same leak comes back at all, the next fix to repair it is FREE!!! I can't say enough about how quick they got back to me, how they let me know if they were going to be delayed at all, and, ultimately, how quickly and professionally they got the job done! Never did I have a moment's issue in getting in touch with them. I would recommend them to anyone needing a leak fixed OR a whole new roof.
