Not what I remembered, this place has changed a lot and not really for the better. Almost like the hot chick from high school that let her self go in her late 30's. This place was popping when I was younger. Parking was insane to find, Now it's dead and little by little turning into a bazaar. With out of date decor and no really big ticket to visit not really sure the aquarium can help the crowds return. read more

What has happened to Ridgmar? We went last weekend and 10 stores are gone. It's an ok mall. I used to come for JcPenny because Hulen doesn't have one. The parking is plentiful. It's hardly ever busy anymore. They have a Rave theater. I used to go to the Spa tea gardens near Macy for pedicures and manicures. My husband bought me earrings for my birthday and I will say Helzberg Diamonds is better than the Hulen location. The girl was helpful, but wasn't over bearing like the lady at Hulen. Anyway, it's sad to see Ridgmar going down hill. read more

Went to watch a movie and the screen turned off half way through the movie. They fixed it eventually but it is ridiculous that this happened at a movie theatre. read more

Worked in this mall for years and is purely for sentimental reasons that it earns that second star. Management has been running on auto pilot since the remodel over ten years ago. They have consistently tried to raise rent to cover tenants that have left, causing more to leave (Chili's, Charlotte Russe). It's slowly filling up now with d-list regional stores and a dozen cell phone related shops. Nieman Marcus, one of the last good reasons for anyone to go there, is rumored to be leaving soon. It's a hugely wasted opportunity in a busy location and I predict the combination of Hulen Mall getting a new tollway and Bryant Irvin building the new Waterside shopping development will finally put this place out of its misery. read more

This mall is an older one with a little updating circa 2000. I have been here twice: once during the Christmas shopping season (Nov 2011) and once during the summer when school is out (Aug 2013). What a difference. This mall really woos it customers around Christmas: all of the lights are turned on, all of the kiosks are occupied and attended, and music plays throughout the mall. During August... not so much. There are a few fun things for the little ones (carousel, playground), but they're not well maintained and didn't appear oft-cleaned when we were there. In fact, that basically describes the overall feeling of the mall rather well. read more

I did not enjoy being here, in fact check out my experience here at Dillard's. While I was walking through the mall, there was not much to see lots of closed stores, I did not see much things going, the food court is a little better than Irving Mall, and such. They just have typical stores of malls...that I don't even shop at. The Neiman Marcus here doesn't have a good collection like the store in Dallas does and traffic here seems moderately okay for such a boring mall. Never coming back since I don't even live here, rather give North East Mall in Hurst or Stonebriar Mall in Frisco my time. This mall is sorta outdated, it needs a new facelift. read more

Well this mall has really gone down hill. Most of the shops are gone. Not sure if malls are just becoming obsolete now. The play area for kids smelled like sweat and feet. No store in there would bring me over that way. read more

I will not go to this mall any more. They posted a 30.07 no Open Carry of guns. That is not so bad because I don't Open Carry. However, for the first time ever they also posted a 30.06 no Concealed Carry of guns. I have been Concealed Carrying for years at this mall with no issues at all. Ridgmar Mall has always been a not very busy Mall, and now that Neiman Marcus is leaving, the mall will soon see its end. Macy's and Dillard's also left, and rumors are that JCPenney will be relocated to the much popular Le Gran Plaza. This mall has a bus stop right outside, which attracts not very nice people who like to cause trouble in the parking lots. I had one man come up to my car, but he was only asking for a car wash, but it could have been worse. Ridgmar Mall only good department store is NM (that's left), and now that NM is leaving in 2017, the mall will soon become a dead mall. Not so very rich people will come, and will soon become a Mall for the more poor people that come from Como, or other not so nice neighborhoods around. read more

It's not the newest mall in my choices in Fort Worth, but it's usually my go to. Maybe because it's closer to home, or maybe because I hate the traffic on Hulen. There's a rave theater here- with extreme theater options. The parking isn't too bad. There's a smaller Dillards, Nieman Marcus, Victorias Secret and a Marquise Jeweler that I've become fond of. A OK is a good description. read more

Not too many people there that's a good thing but if you're a disabled person with a service dog they're not disabled people friendly and I was asked to leave after being insultedThe security manager pretends to be a service dog expert and a disability law expert.It's sad that they don't have anything better to do than harass disabled people. I thought the law protected me against people like that. I guess that made him feel big by asking me to leave. Because in his opinion my service dog didn't display characteristics of a service dog now how and where do you become an expert on the characteristics of service dogs. I will have to go back there now when I have the time and I'll have them call the police and I want a full report in writing. This is not going to go good for them in court. There's no excuse for them to treat disabled people like that. read more

Horrible service at the Santa pictures. The kids were looking forward to this. Please go to another mall. They were very rude, didn't let the kids read wish list to Santa. That was the one thing I wanted for them. We asked to video as the kids read Santa the list and were told no by Santa. Left with crying kids. Won't be coming back to this God awful place. read more

Clerks are rude. Not once but twice, people are waiting in line and the clerk just walked away from their station. Obviously this behavior is acceptable with management. read more

I'm not sure how this is considered a mall. There are only like five stores open. The kiosk people look as though they are on their death beds. The food court would be the only reason to visit, and it's not anything special. It's kind of sad to look at. read more

One star is generous. Online their opening times are NOT in fact what they are in the actual mall. Nothing opens on time, not to mention the lack of A/C.... ITS THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER IN TEXAS. HELLO. If the doors are open the least they could do is turn on the A/C. Poor selection of food, not to mention upon arriving to the food court you're violently assaulted by the overwhelming smell of grease. 10/10 would not visit again. Save yourself the gas money. read more

I went to this mall for the first time while visiting the DFW i went on a saturday night and mall wasn't that busy especially on a saturday. As i walking around the mall they do have very nice stores like H&M, Old Navy, Pacsun, Neimen Marcus a nice food court, and a movie theater. Ridgmar is a good mall if you like peaceful shopping this mall will not dissappoint. read more

Best place for Santa pictures. There is never a line; we went on Saturday evening and no line, I also checked out on the weekdays and no line. Santa looked like authentic Santa and he was actually jolly. Staff was super friendly and pictures turned out good read more

I like this place a lot and it's down the street from me. Its kinda small, but decent. And the playground is regularly cleaned and is pretty big which is a plus for me. With a Neiman Marcus and a Sephora (albeit inside JC Penney's) it satisfies me plenty for how close to me it is.Their food court isn't the greatest though. There's one stand out place called the Famous Cajun Grill if I remember correctly. Most of the food they sell is Chinese take out...funny right? But with a couple of "cajun" dishes, spicy sausage and cajun potatoes. (just the ones I remember) Pretty good though. read more

My family and I hung out at this mall for a little over 5 hours. My boys are 5 and 7. The indoor playground, the ride on animals, bungee jump and laser tag kept them entertained. The mall is air conditioned. I'm from Hawaii and maybe our mall is outdated, but this mall had a few unique stores as well as usuals I wanna see. I thought it was a great mall and so did my boys. Wish we had one like it in Hawaii and it was very clean and pleasurable!!! read more

I love it here and it's the best mall for kids. It's sad to see all the stores closing. It is clean and seems to be maintained well. I prefer it over Hulen mall any day! We took our nieces here and they loved riding the stuffed motorized animals and the train. Really, it's a fun place! read more

This mall is pretty good. It has a wide variety of stores, catering to those who are frugal with their money and those who shop at Neiman Marcus Cough waste of money cough. But on a serious note, it has all your major general stores, a rave movie theater, small little shops, a food court with several choices, and a gamestop for geeks like me XD read more

It's a great Mall with a little bit of everything... however the food court doesn't live up to the magnificence of the mall it's self...

Being new here, I thought I check this place out. Came here back in February with my 2 year old twins to play in the playground since it was in doors. After reading all the reviews about this place, it only dawn to me about how right people were when they said this mall was "deserted". Upon coming here my first time and maybe about 2-3 times after that, I did notice that this mall had a lot of closed stores. Also there we're also not many too many too people. So with that being said, I really like this mall. I hate over crowded mall. The only complaint I have about this is probably just the closed stores. They do need to open more but I guess can't since there are other competitors like Hulen mall which I have yet to visit. Also, the security also did inform my husband about our double stroller being inside the indoor playground. Which was reasonable but we went today and there was a white lady with her single stroller inside the playground with her kid pushing it all over and he didn't say jack shit to her. Anyways, I'll keep coming to this mall since it's less crowded and is closer to where I live. I also like it for my twins since I really try to avoid crowds. read more

Ridgmar is pretty sad these days. Several stores have either closed or are in the process of closing and it's hard to find a good reason to shop there. Wonder what is going on to cause so many stores to leave (ones that are not going out of business). read more

Worst. mall. Ever. If you're stuck in Ft Worth and need to visit a mall...miss this one.

Macys is now closed! It was my favorite store and the only reason I come to this mall. There are not many stores or choices here. There are many abandoned stores, and an empty chilis that's been there forever. Neiman marcus is also closing next year. This mall sucks, and they can't keep any stores around, not even their anchor stores! read more

Food court has a philly grill. This is the best philly sub I can find so far in Texas. Wife and I come here al least once a month for a taste of home. Get the all american with double meat and cheese. read more

I was very dissapointed today that my kids where not able to play in the kids play area because of thier height and that the security was measuring the kids to make sure they where not over ,I saw all the 7 and 8 year olds wanting to play but unable because they where to tall Aleast make another play area for the older kids!!!! read more
