Understandable however when I exclaimed it was not blocked off I was met rudely with a negative response basically blaming it on another customer and not taking any accountability for lack of attention in their store. I even explained and apologized understanding the situation and the lady was still rude as hell to me. I just don't understand why there was not tape over the section customers are not allowed in.

The only downside is it appears to get a tad warm but definitely nothing in comparison to the heat outside the few times I've visited, but other than that, it's nice to walk around, get your steps in, shop around etc. A lot of people tend to go here to do a few laps whether it's walking or power walking, and I've also walked around with my stroller. The hallway to the restrooms looks like something from a horror movie, but other than at least the restrooms are functional.Oh and their elevator hasn't been working for a while now. Sadly, the museum is no longer in Ridgmar, there's a sign posted at their former location. I can tell this was once a thriving mall. I wish that it still was. The food court has 2 restaurants open. I saw 3 or 4 salons and at least 3 clothing boutiques open for business. And thankfully LensCrafters and JCPenney are in here still going strong. If you're looking into driving big rigs they have a school in here. Online shopping- BOO to you! While I was there I saw approximately 14 other people not counting employees. The thing I associate the most with west 7 is their bars and night life. A lot of these places are open during the day as a brunch/restaurant but I prefer the bar scene at night. It can be dangerous is you go to certain places as it can get rough but if you just walk away and dont start trouble you will be fine. At night there are a lot of people here and it can get very dirty with lots of trash due to there being a lot of food trucks in the area. You can find tacos, empanadas, pizza, sandwiches and even BBQ being sold at night out here in the streets. Parking is free if you purchase something from some of the restaurants there but that is not always the case. Free street parking can be found you just have to look or you can pay for staying in the garage. A couple of blooks have 'pay to work' with parking meters but they usually offer you 2 free hours. I would suggest parking as far away and then walking to west 7 at night because if you park on the street after 10pm they will tow your car. I seen it happen multiple times where people pay and park but dont read that it expires at 10pm and right on the dot the tow trucks come out and take peoples car. Be careful where you park and dont start any trouble.
