My research also reveals that at no point in your response to this review did you mention the fees when a client calls you nor have you responded to how many times you forgot paperwork. The only point you made is that I am not your direct client. Which is redundant because my wife is your client and I am leaving this review based on my personal experience in which I am directly experiencing with your firm. Had I not been dealing with you directly I would not have had to experience your lack of paperwork and I would not have had to experience my return visits to sign paperwork your firm keeps forgetting.
