Here is the incident report! My daughter's first visit with this dentist (Dr. Reimer). I took my 8 year old to have her teeth cleaned and X-rays because she was having some discomfort. I have been taking her to a registered dental hygienist every three months for cleanings. They (Dr Reimers office) recommended getting sealant for the molers which I said "great that works". My child already was feeling anxiety and fear because of all the drilling and noises in this office you could hear while waiting. Very open concept. Loud noises. She was having a tough time keeping her mouth open as this was her first time with this sealant procedure. I was sitting with her and trying to help her be more comfortable with the situation. While she was still getting this procedure done, the dentist came stomping in and began telling me that we can't continue using our dental hygienist and that we can only have her office clean our teeth. I took this as bullying me into not seeing the dental hygienist who takes care of my kids teeth cleanings. She (the dental hygienist) has an office that is quiet, super professional and perfect for anyone who doesn't like loud noises, has anxiety or overall a tough time with the general dentist atmosphere. I'm absolutely beside myself that a dentist(dr.reimer) would ever be so unprofessional and inapproriate! She did this to me in front of my 8 year old child who was being worked on. She should be embarrassed for how she was acting and how demeaning she was while speaking to me. Is it possible that this is a common occurrence to many, if not all her patients? She berated me and tried to bully me into her inapproriate way of conducting business! I can't believe someone that has a Dr. title would act in this manner in front of a 8 year old child who already is having a tough time, her staff and all the patients that were in office today!!! I was totally surprised at her behavior. Lemoore community has always had space for everyone to succeed and work with one another!! This doctor could have avoided this review from happening if she would have had the courtesy of asking to speak with me after my 8 year old child's procedure was completed in a private area. She could have just said that they don't want patients that use a dental hygienist that doesn't work in their practice. But instead she escalated the encounter and it was uncomfortable and unnecessary. You can tell her whole office and staff is on edge when you say you see the dental hygienist. She is not in the business of women empowerment at all! To bully and talk down to me as if I don't understand what your doing or saying is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not stand for this especially after she did it in front of my 8 year old child who was still being worked on. My child was the verge of tears leaving because of the dentists actions. Let's just say she doesn't want our business if you use a dental hygienist that isn't working within her practice. You could tell the whole office heard the spectacle she created in her own practice!!! Stay far away from this office and Dr Reimer who doesn't empower women or children. My child also had no cavities and she didn't even get a no cavity reward they talked about giving her! Don't take your kids here if you want them to have a great dental experience. read more

I would say the greatest dentists office I have been in. Since moving here, I've been shopping around for a good quality office and I definitely hit the spot with this one! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place looks amazing, very professional and clean. I appreciate the automated appointment text messages for reminding me of my upcoming appointment, it's very useful with a busy schedule. Although my appointment took almost a month to book, it was worth the wait. They guided me with all the information for the next steps in my dental work very professionally and with utmost patience for all my questions. They even give a goodie bag for first time patients. Overall, I'll be recommending this dentist office to my friends and neighbors in the area. The only regret I have is not coming sooner! Looking forward to my next appointment! read more

Scheduled exam and cleaning apt-made sure to have both before scheduling as I have a baby that finding help watching takes a lot to schedule. Get there and after an hour of being there and "exam" of just looking at my teeth and taking pics, send me to financial desk for options on different procedures, to be sent to front desk to make another apt for cleaning and anything else I wanted to add on to my visit-what?! And oh by the way no apts for 2-3 months! Horrible experience, rude front desk, and seemed like a money grab. Saw they charged my insurance for X-rays, exam fee and consultation fee-they made good money for doing nothing. Had my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday, and was having anxiety throughout the day but more as the time was coming close. Dr. Riemers team front and back are the best they made me feel comfortable and were very compationate. Dr. Palafox walked me through the whole treatment and made sure I was ok, i didnt even realize when the tooth was out becuase it was that fast. I didnt even need the pain meds and am feeling very good today with no pain! They even gave me my tooth for the Toothfairy :) I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for great service and tx. read more

This is a wonderful dental practice. It's so hard to find doctors & staff these days that take the time & energy in extending excellent patient care & treatment, that is exactly what my experience has been with the staff here. They are so professional & caring. I see Dr. Rubino, who is amazing! Dr. Rubino not only takes the time to educate & thoroughly go over things with me, but he is the kindest dentist I have ever known. I love this Dental office and I don't say that lightly. For years I would not go to a dentist due to the way Military dentist really messed me up. It got to a point I had no choice. Dr. J is the best. He has always listened to my concerns and today took a tooth out that really needed to go. He made sure I was comfortable and got it done. Colleen at the front desk is awesome and Tiffany is great in working through insurance issues. Everyone there is great. Our son also has braced through them and it has been a great experience. read more

My experience today with Dr. Palafox was better than expected. I have had very bad experiences and get anxious of the thought of having to go to the dentist which explains the need of treatment for my teeth, but after going and meeting with Dr. Parafox he made me feel comfortable without any stress. I am not even an established patient, and I had to wait two months for my first appoint. When that appointment came around, I had to cancel due to another conflicting appointment that I could not cancel. Colleen called me back and she has got to be the most horrible, ignorant, uneducated scheduler I have ever encountered in the dental field, who thought her shit didn't stink. I was told that I would have to pay $100 to cancel my appointments. She was snotty and just bitchy stating that they confirmed my appointment by text message on 3/29/17, which was two weeks ago. Lazy business practice that will cost you big business. I have worked in the dental field for 15 office dental practice in Oklahoma and if I talked to a potential patient or established patients like she talked to me, I would would have been fired immediately. This woman is a special type of stupid. If this is how they treat the military and their dependants before they ever sit in their chairs...I think I will take my business elsewhere and just file a complaint with UCC and Tricare. They are not military friendly, and are just complete jerks. My advice, do not waste your time here, just keep looking! I think I will just head back to San Diego back to my dentist there, funny part is that he used to have a practice here in Lemoore. read more

If you are looking for a dental office with a friendly no attitude staff than definitely do not chose this office! I have never met office staff who have incredible attitude. They are very rude and not friendly in any way. My son who is 16 was the first to experience Dr. Reimer. After waiting over an hour after his appointment time someone finally came for him. After a much quicker examination time he showed up in the waiting room and said that someone wanted to see me. I was expecting Dr Denise Reimer herself to be standing there to introduce herself and go over her findings, but instead it was the financial lady who wanted to go over how much everything would cost, and wanted all my info to bill my insurance as well as take a partial payment. I was so taken back by how cold she was that I instantly felt so uncomfortable. The women at the counter are exactly the same way, especially Colleen. I actually gave this place the benefit of the doubt and went so far as to make excuses for them in my head like maybe they were all having a HORRIBLE day. But upon returning the second time I came to the realization that this is how these people are! And still no introduction to Dr Denise Reimer. Who apparently is too busy and definitely does not have an ounce of consideration, professionalism nor proper etiquette. All these people care about is the $$$$$ and They want it all now!! I cancelled the next appointment and I wouldn't step back in that place if they gave me FREE dental work!! I want to at least be treated with courtesy and made to feel that me and my family matter. I am in the process of finding another dentist. I would never recommend Dr Denise Reimer and her horrible staff to anyone unless It was someone I totally disliked! Dr. Riemer's office and ALL of their staff, are wonderful! You will always be greeted with smiles, and professionalism. They will make you feel comfortable if you are anxious and aren't pushy when it comes to any kind of dental work. Also, their Hygienist, Kim Hope, has been cleaning my teeth for years now... and she is very gentle during my cleanings, as I've had bad experiences in the past with previous cleanings. You can tell, this whole office works from the heart, and they have true passion for the patients they see daily! read more

They're always smiling and happy to help with question or concern I might have about procedures or billing. They're also great with small children making them feel safe and comfortable. Most amazing Dentist I've ever been to! I waited less than 2 days for an appointment and the only reason is because I needed an okay from my doctor. They made me priority number 1 in their office from what it felt like. They're very professional and the office and equipment is quite amazing and top of the line. They took me in the back for X-rays and an exam plus a consult to get everything started within 2 minutes. My Dentist showed me my X-rays and we talked together about my options and agreed on a plan. (They go over all of this over the phone before making the appointment so you're not expecting to walk out with new teeth.) Then they go over what your insurance covers and what you will have to copay yourself and you really get what you pay for here it's not shotty silver capping and metal fillings that fall out. Everything is 100% quality so you're getting what you pay for so you in turn pay a good price. I've been to very low end dentists that have put metal fillings into my mouth and they are now falling out so knowing this is a quality place really makes me feel amazing. They didn't charge me a dime for X-rays, exams, or and fees for the first visit and they let you know ahead of time the first time what each visit and procedure will cost and you have an option to continue or not. This is very normal if you've ever been to a dentist. I recommend this place over any other place in lemoore and hanford! read more

I had no problem with the rest of the staff, but the receptionist Colleen is so damn rude I will never go back! She has the worst attitude I have never received such negative vibe from a receptionist. I almost thought she was messing with me at first lol but after her consistent negativity I finally got it like oh she's just an awful unhappy person lol but yeah it's sad because I really liked the staff in the back but there is no way I will go back to put up with attitude from the girl in the front it's not worth it.....time to find a new dentist! read more

Wow! This place is truly awful! It is an office full of pushy, rude women! Including the dentist. Let me say I came to this dentist for a couple years before I started noticing I really didn't like coming there. I came in for a cleaning when I was 13 weeks pregnant and they wanted to take X rays of my teeth so they wanted me to sign a form allowing them to do so while I was pregnant. I said "no" I'm not interested in getting X-rays while pregnant and then preceded the onslaught of badgering. I sat there "defending" my decision (like seriously, this is a debate, it's my choice period). It ended very poorly with the hygienist storming off. I'm sorry is this a professional dentist office here? It was very unnerving. Second issue, I had to cancel my dentist apt same day b/c I was experiencing postpartum issues and my doc office needed to keep me later. Not only does my wonderful Doctor call the office to tell them this, they still tell me I owe them $50.00 for a late cancelled apt fee. WTF? I called to talk about it, explain the situation and was met with a "oh well" attitude. They starting interrogating me on the phone-like I was lying or something. But they just spoke to my doc. It was bizarre and that's when I decided to go to another dentist. I did for a year, he was great. Lemoore Dental Group. I came back here for a teeth cleaning today b/c the apt just happened to work out better for me than what was available at the other office. I sit down and immediately got asked about where I went for another cleaning, why and so forth. Excuse me, it's none of your damn business! But I answer they're pushy rude questions and the dentist comes in to look at my teeth. She then starts to badger me about some mark on my tooth saying its a bad filling and whoever did it was awful. Except I NEVER had a filling on the tooth she was pointing to. She wasn't making any sense and was arguing in an escalated tone with me. I told her I didn't know the answer to her question, she became angry I asked to move on with the cleaning. Then she really lost it. Pretty much yelling at me in her office-I just grabbed my purse and walked out. I felt harassed, insulted, badgered, bullied and just treated very wrongly. NEVER go here. Trust me, there's better out there. You deserve a do yet who respects and appreciates you and your business, not a huge b*tch. read more
