Right as Rain Sprinkler performed work on my home on 4/29/2026 and "double dipped" charging me…read moretwice for the same service call. This double charge was expressed as two separate line items. This action is illegal (look it up). When I brought this to the attention of management within the company, I was yelled at by "Jr." who used profanity calling me an asshole. Jr. was unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate to say the least. I requested an apology for his use of profanity to which Jr. told me he had no interest in doing so. I asked him if he cared about providing Client satisfaction to which he replied he did not. This call was recorded for quality control purposes, and will be provided once I have my day in court. I have found that a court of law cares only about the facts in cases such as this, so I will be presenting the facts relating to this matter so the court can decide what is fair and reasonable to all of the previous Clients who have been double dipped. Clients records will be subpoenaed, so that a well informed decision can be discovered, and this company can be held liable and accountable. My overcharge was only $50.00. Imagine how many Clients in only the previous two years have been unfairly double dipped. My math suggests the following: 3 Clients a day × 5 days a week x 108 months (2 years) = $81,000.00 due in restitution. The company's website says they provide "100% customer satisfaction." I will see to it that ALL previous Clients are made whole by being reimbursed $50.00 each if they were indeed double dipped. Jeff Dixon St George Utah
