At which time I decided to move and leave the area. I moved a half hour away. Only to find out months later I am being pursued by this group that I owe my membership fees - $280...Even though I explained numerous times that I moved out of the area and that the equipment was faulty and I was not interested in continuing my membership. Recently, I was visited by a Justice of the Peace Court from Delaware, for a judgement for $300 to be paid or they will take a TV from my house of the same value. You have to be kidding me. Buyer Beware!!

It is freezing in there and very uncomfortable to workout in…read more You are supposed to be able to work up a sweat in a gym...not bundle up with layers so you can't move freely. Drafty, no barrier or vinyl separation so every time the door opens, it lets 30 degree temps inside. Also, heavy duty chemical use and smell inside....I was told it was so they didn't have to smell the sweat. Are you kidding me...so we have to work out in a fumigated, febreezed zone, that sets you up for blood cancer. I won't be re-newing my membership. My husband and I are looking for a bonafide, comfortable gym to work out in...not a heavily fragranced tundra.

I purchased a one-week pass and went to the early morning classes nearly every day. The energy, music, the instructors--everything was exactly what I needed. Kate, Emma and Eve were great instructors. I only wish I lived closer (I'm from PA), because I would go all the time. The lavender towel at the end of session was perfection. The hydrating salt powder water mix I got was delicious. They had sparkling water and motivational cards for yogis to take.

I had tried meditation and prayer but Svaroopa yoga and specifically TERRY offered a way to achieve this. Terry is supportive and very attentive to all students. It does not matter if you are a beginner or have been a "yogi" for years, she is observant and makes sure everyone is in the proper form to gain the maximum benefit from each pose.
