I contacted several moving companies to get quotes and to learn about their operations. At Right Choice, I spoke with Angie who was very helpful, caring and easy to work with. Right Choice charges by the job and not by the hour, so there were no surprise costs due to inefficient workers. In fact, the Right Choice employees were all very hard working and did their jobs well. They fully shrink-wrapped our furniture, covered the mattresses and carefully moved all of our belongings. They seemed to take pride in their work, and I appreciated the professionalism and efficiency they all displayed. Right Choice provided wardrobe boxes on the day of our move and offered to fill them with our clothes. I was able to handle that task myself so they could focus on the other moving activities. Even though Right Choice didn't have the lowest price of all the companies I spoke with, their pricing was very competitive, and they were very much the "right choice" for our move. Moving has become my least favorite project. Angie Gomez was my first contact with Right Choice Moving, she explained this is a family owned business for over 20 yrs, by the end of the call I was feeling better. Angie helped with everything and then some. Next came the moving team , organized, quick, efficient but thorough packed the odd things I couldn't , wrapped, protected and treated my belongings as their own. They moved my belongings to storage and then to my new apartment 3 weeks later. Same service, asked where I wanted my furniture, unwrapped and finished quickly. This is the best moving company EVER. The following is going to sound too good to be true. It's understandable because my experience was too good to be true. This family owned company is absolutely phenomenal. I got referred to this company and their quote came slightly higher than another company we were considering using. My friend who referred me said pay the few extra hundred bucks and you will not be disappointed. These people were efficient, professional, polite, and well equipped to protect your valuables and safely travel from A to B. Everything was handled with such care and expertise. Not only did they dissemble things but once they got to my new house they reassembled them perfectly. These guys had smiles on their face the entire time and were courteous. It's reassuring that there's a moving company that cares so much about the customer experience and goes above and beyond to deliver for the consumer. I had the pleasure of using Right Choice Moving on December 2020. It was the first time I moved since the 70's, was downsizing and relocating to a location 300 miles away. I had estimates from several companies and one company informed me that they did not think my stuff would fit in their truck. Thus, I spoke to Angie again and was reassured that everything would fit. These guys were the best I've used. What really impressed me is how slowly they drove between my apartments to avoid sudden braking in South Florida traffic and to prevent my flimsy pressboard from cracking on speed bumps. They also did other things as true professionals: wrapped the furniture and moved it quickly and carefully, disassembled and correctly reassembled IKEA furniture, and communicated well about where to put things. And they seemed somehow to have fun doing it. Yes it's a little more expensive than other places, but the service is worth every dollar. Also the flat rate quote (instead of hourly) means you know exactly what it will cost. Some of these hourly places slow-walk it and have other hidden charges. It seems like Right Choice pays their guys well, and that results in a job well done. read more

I never leave reviews, but I had to add it to my To-Do's. I had a horrendous experience using HireAHelper, and Right Choice moving and delivering. The first time I used this app/service, the experience was "ok". I hired Right Choice because the price seemed fare for the amount of boxes and furniture I had ($265 for 2 men for 2hrs). I did have many boxes and heavy items. None which reached over 400lbs which is required to be disclosed. My appartment is on the second floor, and even provided an extra dolly just in case it was needed. The helpers were very friendly, but as the items kept coming in, they complained more and more. I felt terrible, but I was paying a fair amount I thought. Long story short, after much complaining, I asked if what I was paying was not enough. And I learned that the helpers were getting paid 30 dollars each! I did contact HireAHelper because I received horrible service. Because the helpers were getting paid so little, it was reflecting in the way they handled my items. SO much so, that the helpers DROPPED my $500 desk from the Uhaul truck and one side is ruined. I also had a small 3-self book case that was completely torn. I tried to rectify with HireAHelper, and they cancelled my order with Right Choice, but could not help me any further with my furniture. Had I known how terrible they treated the helpers and how bad HireAHelper was at resolving issues, I would have Never used this service. Everyone, take this review as you may, and I hope that if you do use these 2 services that your experience is better. Just here sharing honest feedback about my experience. read more

I hope this story help people looking for moving company because this is one you DO NOT WANT TO HIRE and I did not even contract them . I live in a bran new develop in lake worth called Cypress Royale, my neighbor that was moving in right across the street from me on Aniston drive contracted this moving company.. I am coming home from work at 6 pm entered the gated and one of the trucks apparently was not paying attention to where he was going( he also had another employee in the truck with him ), looked like he was about to plow into my Mercedes so I laid on the horn to alert him to pay attention. do you know that he blocked the road, sat in his truck with the windows rolled up crossed his arms after waiving them at me for about 5 minutes, where I could not go down the street to my house that I had to drive on the dirt( lots that are still not built on that are for to get to my house????. I then called the office of this company and the person who answered the phone started yelling at me instead of hearing what I had to say? not a good reputation for this company, there are way too many moving companies out there for this to happen. I alerted my new neighbor of what this company she hired happened and i will be calling the owner. DONOTHIRE THESE PEOPLE. I am still shaking and my husband had to go over there as well . read more
