So I had Enjoy Maids come and do a basic cleaning today in my 1300 sq ft house. There were 3 cleaning techs that came and they were here for almost 2.5 hours! I have 2 roommates and 3 bedrooms, and my one roommates bedroom was such a mess that she didn't even want them in her room. So three people spent 2.5 hours cleaning 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and foyer/hallway!! They were VERY detailed and thorough! My house was sparkling clean and smelled so good when they were done! Now, I did pick up all my throw rugs and washed those as well as cleaned the clutter off of my counters in the kitchen and bathroom and furniture, just so that they would not have to worry about dropping something or have something in their way, and I think this definitely helped as far as making sure everything got dusted and cleaned thoroughly. As my one roommate asked me, why are you cleaning before they come to clean the house? (This is same roommate that you can't even walk into her bedroom without stepping on something, and who did not have her room cleaned)! I just felt like it was my responsibility to clean up the clutter and wash the throw rugs before they arrived! (Because who wants to put a dirty rug back down on a clean floor???) The only thing I should have had them do was clean the ceiling fan blades...I don't know if that is included in the Basic Cleaning or not, but that was my fault for not asking them! I will definitely use them again, and probably splurge for the Super Cleaning, as I would love to have all of the trim, baseboards, doors, and walls wiped down in addition to whatever else is included. But I am a very happy and satisfied customer and will be using Enjoy Maids in the future! Yes they are a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for!! My wife and i had our 2000 sq/ft 3 bed 2 1/2 bath house cleaned last weekend. They had one maid working to do the cleaning that my wife and i struggle to keep up with like dusting vacuuming cleaning the bathrooms you know everything that we should all do regularly. Gerta was our maid and she was very sweet and did a fantastic job. We felt bad because our house was super dusty from doing work on our house since we moved down to NC but Gerta tackled it all and the house looks great! There customer service was spectacular they called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way, a supervisor stopped by to walk the house with us to make sure it was done tour satisfaction and then a fall up call after everyone left to say thank you. I was scheduled for surgery and needed to get the house cleaned and squared away since I knew I'd be out of commission for a while. I reached out to Enjoy Maids and they responded almost immediately with a reasonable quote and the assurance that they could get the job done. Connie and her team...Jacki, Alison and Teresa showed up and went right to work. They were a whirlwind of activity and before I knew it my entire house was cleaned from top to bottom. They were all very friendly and respectful and asked for my input. They made sure not to leave until we walked through the house and I was completely satisfied. I recently used this cleaning service for a friend who had a baby. She went into labor early and I wanted her to be able to go home to a clean home. I found them on Thumbtack and was able to book everything online. It made the entire process so much easier. They were a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes, but in this case I feel like you get what you pay for. My friend was extremely happy with the work that they did She was able to bring her new baby home info a sparkling clean home. They even left a little gift for the baby. I don't know that just any company would do that. I don't write a ton of reviews, but I felt like this company went above and beyond. They saved my life. House was going on market in two days, regular housekeeper called in sick! Almost had a heart attack! After having painters and handymen in for two weeks house had not been cleaned as it should be. At midnight a friend suggested going online and that is when I found them and there was someone who actually responded that time of night! Told them my problem, and received a text back telling me they would have a team out at noon the next day! What excellent customer service! My floors look like new, and house has never been this clean... even with my own housekeeper! The team were pleasant and courteous. I have now booked them for weekly cleanings. A friend recommended this service to me because I have a dog that sheds all over the place and I have a skin condition that prevents me from handling cleaning products. Upon walking into my newly cleaned home, I fell in love with my hard wood floors again!!! I thought I would need to have them refinished but what my floors needed was a good cleaning!!
