I've lowered my overall review from a month ago. Don't get me wrong, I'm still very satisfied with the service guys that came into my home to inspect and install a new furnace. But overall I've become disappointed with their service. Customer service is null and void. I'm not even sure they have a customer service. I've been from sales associate, who was very honest seeming to the furnace installation guy. But now they have sent in an inspector to check the overall installation and safety. Not exactly OSHA but, not even sure who the guy works for? So he came in to look at and inspect the furnace in November. He did a thorough job, seemed to take his time, took a few photos checked for gas leaks, flame and air lines and leaks. He said when the flame kicks on it does so with a forceful whoosh.. I told him that yes...it is very noticeable and that it sounds like someone opening up the front door. At first it was scary and disturbing. At first, Right Now Heating and Air was very interested in our satisfaction with the unit. They called me (once) to see if everything was working good and up to par. I mentioned at that time about the forceful sound it makes when flaming up. They asked if I'd like someone to come check it out. I told them not at this time but possibly later. Now this inspector notices the issue and brings it up. The inspector also noticed that we don't have any carbon monoxide monitors. He promised that he would have Right Now Heating and Air bring us a couple of CO2 monitors when they come to fix the issue. It's now the end of December and I have not heard anything from them yet. I've texted 3 times asking them when they would be coming. They say "soon". read more

Hired thru Home Depot, installed 2 mini splits for almost $10000, in 2020. It took 6 service calls to get the system to stay running after in original install. No fault of ours, strictly something they were doing wrong. Now in 2025 I want to move one head & because they don't want to do the job for me they quoted a ridiculous $2800 to move it 12 ft over to another room. I won't ever do business with them again. It is sad they don't want to make things right for me. And do the job for a reasonable price. Just don't use them They canc appts, they are late for appts. Don't return calls. read more

After spending 12 thousand dollars on a new heater and AC this company can't be bothered with any little work like repairing a dryer vent. I called and made an appointment with them to come look at it and repair it but they canceled the morning of with no option to postpone or reschedule. I have looked at the reviews. I think it all depends on your experience. i called around because I live out in the county could not find one company that would come out and service our furnace. Right Now sent out a flyer. called them they came out same day. fixed our furnace Ryan was a great help but told us our furnace was 25 yrs old and we should get it replaced. didn't have the finances for it at the time. it rain most of the winter for a good solid 4 months. went down again just recently. called Ryan came out and took a look and told us what's wrong and the cost. he said with it being 10yrs over the life expectancy that by the time we fix it another part will go bad and will cost more. so instead of plugging more money into repairs we had a sales man Nic come out. Nic was super friendly and great to work with. got us a killer deal on the furnace and AC unit. paid for it up front even though they offer financing. Next day the installers were out at our house installing. they did a great job. nice thing is they gave us credit for the jobs and services they had done before towards the new installation. They are friendly fast and don't want to tap the bank account. For the most part they have everything on hand and didn't have to wait for items to come in. They are awesome!!! read more

I mean this whole-heartedly when I say if I could give them a negative review, I would. Honestly, after everything they did if I could get them shut down, I would. My next step is reporting them to the BBB. These guys talk a good bargain, they price match anywhere in town and talk you into thinking they are a good company. They aren't. They know they do terrible work and they know they are getting a bad reputation, so you will pay less. Bear with me if you want to hear all the reasons you should run away from the idiots in the pink trucks. First and foremost, they almost killed me. I am not being dramatic here, the first two "installers" failed to cut a ventilation hole below the furnace and did not run any exhaust out of the house. They also forgot to install carbon monoxide detectors. Well, this whole process started in July, so why would that matter if I was only using the AC, right? Well, a few hours after the installation was complete, my house was still 95 degrees. I opened up the closet with the furnace in it and what do I see? A huge chunk of ice.. same with the unit outside.. frozen. So I called them to come look at it, which they couldn't until the next day so that meant I needed to leave work again (I couldn't leave my fur babies to fry in that house any longer, and my husband was away for a military training.) Now I won't mention all of the times we had to leave work throughout the entire 4 month process of the installation, but let's just say we missed out on a lot of money, thank goodness we have good bosses. Anyways, they came out the next day, took one look at it and said that the first installers had just set the thermostat too low for the temperature outside, so they turned on the fan and left.. maybe a 5 minute visit. They told me it would defrost in a few hours.. 12 hours later, still frozen. So I text one of the guys who had last been here and what did he tell me to do? Turn. The. Furnace. On.... NO! It was 95 degrees outside and that sounded like a pretty stupid idea. So, that is how they almost killed me and my dogs. Had I turned the furnace on, the carbon monoxide would have had no way to vent outside, and there were no detectors inside, and as you know carbon monoxide is the silent killer. We wouldn't have had a chance. Now, there are close to a hundred more things they did wrong, but I'll spare you the narrative and just list a few for you: *They put multiple large dents in our brand new flooring * They did not install a drip pan under our new water heater, which would have slowly rotted out our new flooring * They ordered the wrong water heater twice, then asked me if they could knock out a wall to get it to fit *They put the filter in the furnace up top for a top air flow, when it was supposed to be on the bottom * New thermostat they installed shorts out if you push a button too hard *Failed inspection multiple times, the city inspector called their work "the shittiest craftmanship he's ever seen" *Failed to replace the 30 year old gas line like they were supposed to *Incorrectly fused the AC unit, argued with the city inspector when he said it was done incorrectly, then hired electricians to finally come take a look and the electricians thought they were idiots for thinking it was right and arguing with the inspector *Did not install the expansion tank on the water heater that we paid for. All in all, hiring Right Now Heating and Air was a shit show. There were multiple times we thought about having them rip everything back out so we could go with a different company. We should have. They were rude, derogatory, and obviously don't actually train their employees. The entire process took 4 months because they ignored our phone calls and kept pushing us off. They should be out of business, please do not allow them in your house! read more

If I had more resources to spare I'd rather donate to charity this time around, but hey its your money. And I really liked technician guy he would make an awesome dinner guest, but luckily for me I do have people to share my food and time with and he was invited to solve a very unique to me and extremely specific heating issue which he did not and I had same error code popping up after he left and no measurable changes in how the unite operates were noticed. We left it unattended while visiting family and it flooded again and same exact error codes were present. I learned how to clean the flame sensor which was useful, however flame sensor was not giving me any troubles to begin with. Also this company put their sticker on top of the other company's sticker which was a misstep to say the least, put it by the side if you are excellent you should be able to compete honestly I would never trust a company whos licensed specialists make no effort to even diagnose parts and components. Technician also hinted that I may have a hole in a heat exchanger on a fairly recent device and that is where water is leaking from which actually appears to be a faulty gasket. Guess that is another sales technique. Nevertheless no tools were used to check pressure, sensors, gas flow or the carbon monoxide levels in the air. My bad I tried to save money as the repair needed was unexpected and I had all the Thanksgiving expenses coming up and all. But I'll surely use that experience wisely and share with other users cheaper does not mean better and in our area I met some plumbers and self-proclaimed "installers" like this. I would only trust a professional with a HVAC device and this guys are amateurs at best from call center peeps who set up appointments to guys who actually show up to look at your devices. Why even showing up if all info that you could have told me on the phone. Using electric tape to keep safety switch in place is also thought provoking. read more

Call this company because I wanted to have natural gas lines installed in my home, I was told that I would need to get a bid first I was OK with that so we schedule the time for today at 9 AM, the person never showed up and was unresponsive. I will gladly take my business elsewhere read more

It is going to be very hor in a couple days, my AC was not working! I called at 4:30 in the afternoon, made an appointment for the next morning. The technician, Brandon came at 9:30 am the next day. Very professional. He found the problem quickly, fixed it and did a thorough inspection on the unit. I plan on having them come out once a year to inspect it. read more

How can I say this nicely? Run as fast as you can. I have had problems with every thing this company has done. They will give you every excuse in the book for why they didn't do the proper job. They installed a furnace and it didn't work right, they sent a technician 2 days later and he still didn't fix it. They sent another technician out the next day and he finally fixed it. The furnace has glue all over. They promised a vent cleaning and they said they did it, but when I checked it was very dirty and NOT clean. I scheduled a cleaning and they didn't show up! They finally scheduled and showed up for the cleaning, even though I had canceled that day because of a work project. So I changed my schedule around again and they cleaned that day, even though I asked him not to come over. The time comes to schedule the furnace inspection. I scheduled the furnace inspection, and moved my schedule around. They didn't show up! I scheduled three other appointments they missed all of them. Every time they gave me a different lie, and they blamed it on the city. Finally, I called the city to schedule my own inspection. Guess what the city said I was never on their schedule! This company is full of a bunch of lies, and every time you call the call center you get a new one. I have a very busy schedule and they have wasted way too much of my time. Are you ready for the cherry on top? I have called three times to talk to a manager they say they'll call me back in 1 to 2 business days and they said they marked it "Urgent", but they never do. Management doesn't care. So if I were you, I would call another company. Unless you have lots of time for them to waste. And you love being lied to. read more

I felt that this company was misleading with their advertising. I got a flyer in the mail that stated heating and air conditioning would be 18 dollars a week. By the time it's all financed, with great credit, over ten years it was 4,899.96 dollars more than it would be at 18 dollars for 520 weeks ( ten years). That is 9.42 more per week. Very misleading and I feel like the full financial agreement was not revealed until after instillation. I should have asked far more questions rather than assumed they were a trustworthy company. read more

Now they tell me I have to sit here for 3 or 4 hours this evening, no matter what I have going on and wait for them. That sooner or later he'll come out. I wouldn't buy from this company. Beware of Right Now Heating & Air for terrible unethical parts & service practices. My furnace broke, I called them, they came and seemed nice and wore their pink shoe coverings, assessed my furnace, and saw my furnace inducer motor wore out. The tech quoted me about $1,250 and the Co. said it would be 7-14 days for the part. My co-worker said he tried this Co. because their reviews seemed good, but they assessed his house unit and found a failed part and quoted my co-worker about $350 for the part. My co-worker looked up the part online and found it for about $30! He confronted the tech who was speechless. This concerned me so I called another heating & air co. my other co-worker said proved very honest with him over the years. All I asked the other Co. was the price of my part for my furnace make & model and they said the part was $600+tax and would take 2 days to get, which later proved true. Go with Right Now if you want to pay 200-1,000% or more markup prices. I later came across two Pocatello service industry employees, and both said never to go with Right Now Heating and Air. read more

This is by far THE BEST heating and air conditioner place. We have learned a valuable lesson the hard way. I hope this review can help others. When we built our house we bought a furnace recommended by the sub who put it in. The day it was installed we had problems with the furnace and then in the summer with the air conditioning. But we could never get anyone to help us. We had trouble locating the guy who installed it and then he wouldn't return our calls so we could never utilize the supposed warranty on the furnace. We had to call right now heating and air for help. One of the technicians said the company that made our furnace stopped making that model because they had so many problems with them. Lucky us. We had so many problems. Right now heating and air was there to help us. We installed 2 new heating and air systems in older rental homes and we decided to go with Right Now Heating and Air--the reason because they are a solid company that will back up their work and the warranty on the furnace. They are always willing to come out. Reasons I like Right Now Heating and Air 1. It is so easy to schedule 2. I can always get a hold of someone. 3. They will come to remote places when other companies will not. We have a cabin in a remote place and they still came. We did have to wait a week for them to come out, but I thought that was reasonable because they had to make a special trip. 4. The technicians are skilled and know what they are doing. They have fixed things that other furnace people could not. 5. The technicians are nice guys and I don't feel anxious when it is just me and the kids at home while they are here. 6. They charge what they say they will charge. There are no surprises or hidden fees ever. read more
