I strongly suggest that you check with the Better Businesses Bureau if you are thinking about hiring these movers. They left 2 stacks of boxes containing my belongings in my backyard, exposed to the elements. When I called to ask them to come back and finish the job I was told they would be here the next day. No one showed up. I called again and was told an approximate time someone would come the following day. Again, no one showed up. I tried one more time and was told they have my phone number and address, and would let me know when they would be here. A month later I still have not heard from them. read more

They worked diligently, were kind and friendly and cared about the quality of their work. Nothing was broken or damaged and they did extra things - set up the bed frame, help us move heavy pieces within the apartment. They worked perfectly as a team. You are so fortunate to have them. They didn't pack all the stuff they were supposed to pack. They didn't mark the boxes. They lost stuff. They charged me for a TV box and didn't use the box or move the TV. They left my mattresses in the bathroom and not on the bed. I can't find the remotes for my bed after 2 weeks. They won't refund the price of the box for the TV or respond to me via email or text. SCAMMERS. As in, if they can scam you, they will! And they did. :) Absolutely never ever again not even if I was desperate. They called to say they were 20 mins away an hour before our appointment. Okay fine. Well then they're late not arriving until 11. Whatever. The owner shows up and they are hauling BUTT. As soon as the guy leaves what do they do? Wander around, talking, laughing, not doing anything basically. The last bit of the house took an hour and a half. My wife and I had already moved everything else the day before. All thru had were desks, needs to take apart, that's it. They're were the of them and it still took forever. On top of that the wife says I was quoted the correct amount the night before. Incorrect. I was never told it would be an additional 120 door supplies I already opened. I could have moved my TV myself but I figured for 725 why not let someone else do it. Ha ha ha. Worst mistake ever. The total was NOT fully broken down but here it is so you don't have to guess. 2 hours comes out to $725. We charge $179/hr with a 2 hour minimum, a one time truck fee of $150 for our 26ft diesel box truck. A one time material fee of $120 for our blankets, shrink wrap and tape. Lastly is a 15% fuel surcharge of the total bill. I had given a quote for 2-4 hours. Which is between $725-$1,135 i told her last night i could not go over 3 hours as that's all i had the budget for. I'm paying rent at two places and i explained that the night before. There's no accountability for their movers. Period. The first guys i hired to move me in had a ton more stuff and were sweating and done in half the time. I'm so over it. But since I'm not going to argue about no one about NOTHING I paid, i tipped, ill never rec or use again. The end. ps- The fat guy at the end said "They only tipped $45." Ummm YOU WERE THE MAIN ONE NOT MOVING! THE OTHER TWO WERE. Never again. i wouldn't have given that guy a dime. p.p.s- I can see a text. Maybe don't harrass someone with multiple calls about the bill while they're trying to wrangle their cats and kids? Just a thought considering they have kids too. And caring for said under the weather sick kid is MAYBEEEE why there was miscommunication. Just a thought. ppps- These guys never moved my dryer after saying that it was too tight to disconnect. A skinny little guy disconnected it BY himself the next day, but three grown men couldn't do it? They NEVER finished the job and I had to shell out more money on top of what I paid AFTER they kept dodging my texts. The only thing I have to say is have the year you deserve. :) You get what you give. read more

Talk to what appeared to be an owner but she did nothing about it and completely left me hanging as to why her employees were texting and calling me "good morning sexy" after getting my things moved. This company is a complete disgrace. The movers were over 30 minutes late but then charged me for the 30 minutes there aren't there, they were rude, they were disorganized and the they didn't even fit all my stuff in the 26ft moving van. So I've now had to make several trips myself to get the rest of the items moved. All of this which is laughable with the little amount of stuff I had. Additionally, boyfriend and I had everything perfectly organized and ready to go into the truck yet it took them 3 hours to load about 8 pieces of furniture, a fridge and washer and dryer. They also then told the owners of the company I had a playground and a trampoline...let me be clear, it was a small toddler trampoline and plastic climber for a 1 year old. This company took advantage of the fact I needed last minute movers and completely price gouged. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for honest, hardworking and CAREFUL movers because in addition to everything else, I have damaged items which I photographed and will add to the review when I have a moment. Also, the owners wife said the disable and reassemble. None of which the did and it got to a point where I just told them to put everything in the garage, and I'd handle it because I just wanted them to leave. A complete mess. read more

Worst experience ever. I was scheduled to move Friday Oct.22 at 8 AM. I was called and told, not asked that I would need to move time to 1:00. Although, I let Alex know that wasn't really good for me as I had everything arranged. He said sometimes there are little hic-ups, as if my schedule was totally unimportant. So Friday comes and movers are a no show. I'm told they will be coming at 5:00. No show again. Then I'm told they are three hours out, but we're still coming. It's now7:00 PM. I lose it. He says he will give me an extra guy at no extra charge. Are u kidding me!!!.After a ridiculous conversation with him with no realistic conclusion I told him to forget it. I was moving into a 55+ gated community and there is no way a moving truck is coming in between 11 PM and 12 AM. Contractually I was suppose to be out of my house that day. I had to call my buyers and apologize that I was still there. Thankfully they did not decide to sue me for breach of contract. I would never recommend this company. To top it off Alex is rude, wouldn't take responsibility or own up to his wrong doing. He is lucky I didn't sue him. Totally unprofessional. They turned an hour trip into 3 hours (claimed they needed to go down a dirt road???) and even speaking with the owner they would not do the right thing and charge for the actual trip time. Well... They were an hour late, I text twice to make sure they were actually coming. They didn't reach out to me by my scheduled moving time. No apology or explanation. I've moved a lot and have used lots of moving companies. I had 9 pieces of furniture, a box and a lamp. Took one hour and 45 mins. My white couch was not handled with care. The items were put into my storage with no regard for space or safety and things weren't logically placed to allow for space. At the end I had one chair left and I said a few times I want it on the floor. Alex tried to put it up high twice but the leg was digging into my couch. So he puts it down and walks away. After they loaded up my items from my place one of the guys asks me for waters. The owner tells me they are stopping at a gas station for drinks. Ok, you are movers working in AZ. Why isn't there a cooler in the back of your truck so you're not running to the store on my very expensive dime? It's hot out and y'all have to be hydrated and should come prepared. I'm sorry but this was probably one of the most stressful moves and I only had 11 items total. I had to go back the next day to take out all the items and reload them in a safe way that made sense. Do NOT use this company! I was moving On Friday, May 6 and after my originally hired movers didn't show, I called Right Price. They were very nice and they would send us two movers as soon as they got back from the job they were on. That was fine, as I had a small two bedroom apt and one room was an office with just a desk and futon, the other room has a queen bed, dresser and nightstand and I had everything else boxed up or in totes right by my front door. It was literally, pick it up and walk straight onto the truck. We hadn't seen them for awhile so my husband went to the truck and they were sitting there eating! You should have eaten on the way, not on my dime! They asked me for water and then juice! I'm moving, I have no glasses so one of them asked if they could use my water bottle and I said no, I'm drinking out of that! I told them the final things they needed to get so I thought they were coming back in to get them and after waiting nearly 20 min I went out to see what was going on. They were gone! They totally left without saying anything so I had to stuff those final things into my already packed vehicle! Drove to my new place and there they sat! They could have started unloading and brought it to the front door! So I said to them, you didn't even tell me you were leaving! You didn't have everything! The one guy told me to talk to the driver so I go tell the driver and he was too busy smoking in the vehicle which I find out is rented out to them. They told me they would help me unload my vehicle. I said no you've already been here too long! This small move that should have taken three hours at the MOST took 7 1/2 hours!!! They even said "we're going to get in trouble for taking this long" but laughed about it! I called the owners after they left, and, yes, the wife was apologetic but did nothing to resolve it! Moving is an already stressful situation, so save yourself a headache and don't hire Right Price Moving!! read more
