Right-Tech Auto is staffed by courteous, supportive, extremely knowledgeable staff whose whose high-level of automotive service is well-priced. Recently, I had a relatively straightforward inquiry which was dealt with swiftly and personally by Jack who managed the front desk. Not only did I have a nice conversation with Jack and the senior-most mechanic (the shop owner Van's dad), I was offered an espresso, ensured that all my repairs were safely completed, and that my car was securely inspected at a reasonable price. The staff offered quotes for any future work and made me feel welcome to visit with inquires at any point. A few days later, I returned with another unrelated inquiry, which they completed in the most through way with a test drive, comprehensive inspection, mechanic's report, and meeting in the service bay with Jack to assess all my options with price points and a reasonable timeline for completion. Importantly as a customer, Van, Jack, and the staff did not pressure me to make a decision right on the spot, they walked along side me with all the options. They work on all types of cars from daily commuters to high end sports and only use high quality replacement parts (ie. Monroe, Wagner, Bosch) for their repairs. Speaking more with Van and Jack, I found they routinely travel to California to continue their education at classes on current and upcoming car technologies. So they are well versed in literally every type of car on the road. And, early on in Tesla's launch in Canada, they were a designated maintenance facility for that brand of electric cars. Given their commitment to customer service, through inspection method, high quality materials, and reasonable prices I definitely recommend their shop for all types of service from oil changes, service manual maintenance, all the way to complex diagnoses. The shop is accessible by several major roads and the highway. They are located 5 minutes away from the Toronto Pearson Airport and the 427 Highway (on Derry between Airport and Goreway), definitely worth the drive from Brampton, South Mississauga, and other parts of the GTA. Their business has been operating for almost 20 years. When I was younger, they were located in a smaller two-bay shop on Goreway, and this current facility is perfectly equipped and staffed to ensure relatively quick service. If you need to run errands or find something to eat, McDonald's, Tim Horton's and Wendy's, pizza, Indian and Caribbean restaurants, gas stations, International Centre, Walmart, and the Westwood Square Mall are all within 5 minutes of their shop. Was looking for a shop to do a standard safety test on a Porsche 911 Turbo. I called this shop up and was told to come in right away. Arriving I knew I had come to the right place. I was met by the most friendliest and professional of men who took care of business without delay. While Right-Tech caters to everyone I discovered they specialized in luxury vehicles. They discovered additional work that needed to be done, but because of their specialization, we opted to have them do the work at what I believe is a reasonable price instead of taking it to a Porshe service centre. What sold me even further is that they were a one-stop shop. I needed to get a thorough detailing done and I discovered it is a service I can get done as well. And just like dealerships that offer tea and coffee while you wait, well you can have that here to. You have a Rolls-Royce and you have a problem, this is the spot! About one year ago, I had my two vehicles brakes and tires replaced there, including an air conditioning repair. My very first visit, a week before that, I went in to have my air conditioning fixed on my 2012 Ford Escape. I was expecting $1000 plus. The mechanic and owner uncovered the problem in minutes and did not gouge me at all. Instead, I was out within an hour and 30 minutes, as they needed to test the changes they made to ensure pressure was maintained and cold air was consistent. Cost was around $250. So, since trust was established, I had the rest of the work done as well... Brakes and tire replacement. I'm happy with the work done. Their mandate is clear and simple. I've used the professional services of the Right-Tech team during the past few years. It is a comfort dealing with an honest auto repair shop at reasonable prices. The technicians are very observant, pointing out any wear and tear on your vehicle that the owner may have not been aware of, offering to complete additional repairs without "sales pressure" at the customers discretion. I never write reviews but to be honest the service was so good that I felt inclined to let people know. Unlike other mechanics that I have taken my car to, I never once felt as if I was being pressured into anything.
